Christina CosmeticsPerfect Pigment 2 Compact: One Minute Miracle Makeup

I’ve used this product, off and on for 10+ years. When I first started using it, I put it over my moisturizer. However, now I use it over foundation, contour my face and put on blush with the same compact.

This compact is perfect. Seriously, anyone can use it, it gives just the right amount of coverage, you literally take a brush (and you don't need their fancy one) any wider make up brush, and swipe across clockwise a few times and apply all over, you do it a few times, blend and your good to go! It does Not leave that crackly look and pigmented look some dry compact make up can leave on your face, it blends well, you can use some of the colors as blush or t-zone and/or eye shadow with the same brush your using, it really does look so pretty and its not a caked on look. It looks and feels lightweight and I forgot I had anything on all day long. So nice to just have one grab and go with everything in one that blends with Any skin type or color. Best thing is you can use this in summer or winter so regardless of sun exposure, this blends with your skin tone any time of year.

Product Use:I have used this product before, about 7 years ago when the product was first booming I believe, and I loved it. I don’t like wearing makeup and when I do, I prefer it to be lightweight and not heavy. I also really try to keep my skin away from anything that is going to cause me to break-out or dim my skin or just be simply toxic. I take the health of my skin very seriously.Results:This compact is very lightweight to the point where I actually forget that I am wearing makeup. It also evenly applies to my skin so that it basically fills in any natural tones that my skin is missing without covering up the other natural tones in my skin, so it gives a very natural skin result. I also can use each color for different things without having to grab another product to apply. For example; the darkest color in the compact I use for contour, the lightest color for highlighting, the pink for blush and I’ll add a little more of the neutral tone color to an area that I’d like to cover a blemish with.Cons:The only thing I have to say to be weary about is that the brush that perfect pigment sells to use with the compact made my face very itchy years ago when I first bought the product for the first time. I used a different brush and no longer had the issue, so I’m assuming it was due to the brush. I hope they have changed the brush since then because this was a common complaint according to customer service. This brush used to come with the purchase of the compact, but now it is sold separately. Although the brush gave me a bad reaction, it applies the makeup much better than some heavy brushes. (It applies best with very soft brushes in my experience). Lastly, I wear this product over face moisturizer sph 30. This product I also keep in my purse since I do need to touch up during the day (I have combination skin, sometimes oily). This may be different for others who may have other skin types, but yes I find that I do need to touch up once or twice in the day, but it does not build up or look caky whatsoever so I’m overall happy with the product since I’m able to feel like I am ready for any occasion and also don’t have to compensate the health of my skin.

Brush on color pallet. The color matches nicely but it’s not long wearing. It rubs off easily and I find my face looks kinda muttled after wearing it a while.

I saw an informercial about this product and it seemed to be exactly what I was looking for. A product that was lightweight and gave me coverage and color correcting without needing multiple products. I didn't noticed any difference. It was lightweight, but it didn't cover any dark/acne spots and didn't even out my skin tone. And I had to put so much on just to try to get any coverage, it made the wrinkles around my eyes (when I smiled) even more pronounced. Also, it seems as if you will waste a lot of this. When swirling the brush over the powders, it comes up as a very fine powder and leaves a lot fine particle behind. This may work for some people, but I just spent $35 on a product that doesn't do anything for me and I will just have to throw away.

I've liked this product since the first time I used it. It is very natural looking is long-lasting. I have not found anything to work better or last as long. Good value for the money.

This is my second compact first one is nearly empty but lasted for about 10 months, I like the idea of just I product and the colouring on my face works well.and I am 78 off and when my kids come and they say Mom where are you going...I say no where they say you look good.....I use nearly every day..just need that mascara and a little lipstick..and I look good. I would not think it has sun screen.I am not really sensitive to many things,so hard to say
