I usually highly dislike my college text books as finding them to be overpriced and boring. This book though is amazing. I’ve suggested others to purchase it. Not just in healthcare but just in general great read.

I learned a lot in this book and it had information I could highlight and go back to. Definitely a good buy.

Some good ideas. But at the beginning of chapters there are concepts to follow, then at the middle of the chapter the book says how not to screw up these ideas just stating the opposite of the first part. Every chapter has a long paragraph on how to improve on obtaining results. But on every chapter it says the same thing”Finding role models”
