The cold temp will not last too long and when rolling the separation in the ball will get caught up on the holder so I will not get a smooth motion. Overall a frozen water bottle does a better job.

This product used to have a heat ball which I loved and used often. I then got a notification that the heat ball was recalled and they requested I send it back, and was given a refund. It seems they no longer make the heat ball, only the cold, which I never used.

Hard to open for someone with arthritis in hands! Works beautifully on inflamed Achilles tendon.
