This is a really nice make up sponge. It enlarges once it’s wet. Not really big, but a noticeable difference. The product description claims that it doesn’t show make up stains on it, this is only true after you wash the sponge. The material is nice and it feels very well made. I like this A LOT more than the Beauty Blender, which I feel is cheaply made. I use less make up with this sponge than I do with brushes or other sponges and it blends the make up out evenly and beautifully to where it almost looks like your make up was air brushed on. You can use it dry, too, but I have not tried it. I prefer to use this sponge with my foundation, so it needs to be wet. Overall I feel this sponge is well made and I’m confident it will last a long time. It works beautifully with foundation and blends better than any brush/sponge I have ever used. I like the black color, because as stated in the description, there’s no stains after washing it. Plus, you can’t beat the price. Definitely recommend and will purchase again!

used this sponge for about a month, and it blended my foundation and concealer really well. It’s soft, latex-free, and vegan, and it didn’t soak up too much product. I stopped using it after a month because I switched to a different sponge I preferred, but during that time, it performed just as well as some more expensive options. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly, gentle makeup sponge, this one works nicely.

I really like the way these sponges feel. I am not a makeup expert but I have noticed that the black sponges work better than others I have tried. They blend concealer smoothly and evenly. The texture feels soft and comfortable on the skin. For a five pack, this was definitely worth the buy in my opinion.

AMAZON SENT WRONG BAD SPONGE- If the Aesthetica isn't coming back I wish Amazon would accept the loss of a great 5star product listing & move on instead of trying to scam people. Or simply wait until they come back in stock because yes when you send me a dirty yellow sponge in an unmarked plastic baggy and think that I would even try it your CRAZY. I hate yellow & the bag looked like it had been on the floor stuck behind a shelf for a year, unearthed and tried to pawn off on me. So I drove to my nearby UPS and returned a little yellow sponge in a giant box wasting Amazons bottom line profit and my time. The REAL Aesthetica sponge is the BEST. Never tried namebrand BB but this is so perfect, it comes just like the picture in a plastic labeled box. Its bouncy, soft but dense & firm, ALWAYS wet the sponge when applying liquid to avoid extra absorption, & sponge size doubles and qualities enhance. It barely soaks any product and lasts forever, Im embarrassed to say how long I used mine. Since they sent me a crap yellow sponge to pawn on me, Im waiting awhile to reorder, make sure the real ones in stock. I ordered the Beakey, same price but comes in two pack. Its decent, very similar but if I remember when mine was new comparing Beakeys its much softer which I like but less dense & more product gets soaked up but theyre still doing flawless application. note on PRIMERS: (normal/dry) My liquid foundation (with light powder) application is enhanced cause I use NYX Oil primer which is the BEST thing ever!! if you have normal/dry it gives healthy smooth look. (I think they've got a golden hue too) Its working wonders on my dry skin w age & accutane I went from excess to no oil. I woke up one day & realized my glorious Jane Iredale powder was CAKEY yick!! NYX Oil primer absorbs into your skin making it healthier while creating a slick surface for makeup- no more of your skin soaking up your liquid foundation and getting cakey or peeling, all day glow & I don't get the matte obsession unless you have extra oil issues, cause powder just soaks up oil and you shine still. Oil is good & healthy and you don't need all that powder contouring then highlighting to look shiny just on cheekbones? Just do natural shine, looks better irl unless your baking a selfie or love the makeup look, calm down with matte powder imo. Shine gives subtle dimension, enhance where you like & use NYX setting spray (don't worry theres a matte one lol!) Have a nice day
