Q: Can you put a logo or something on the hat ? like embroidery

I would think that you can sew on a patch. The front 2 panels have 2 layers of mesh, which should give the thread enough material to grab onto to. The side 2 panels, and back 2 panels are a single layer of mesh, for better breathability. This is a great hat to wear in the heat. I highly recommend it, especially for the very reasonable price!

Q: Does this have a white liner over the mesh part ?

Nope. It’s already at Goodwill

Q: As a bald guy: does the mesh block the sun, or will I still get burned? I'm looking for something that prevents sunburns, but is still breathable.

As a bald man who has worn this for maybe a year now. No burns. It's more like shade on my head. I would not rule out getting a burn but I have never had one and I wear it all the time.
