Basically pigeon food?
So the taste was actually surprisingly nice for some mix of seeds. You can easy a bunch pretty much guilt free but it's expensive like pretty costly for seed mix. I haven't taken much of it but from whatever I have eaten it's just okish, don't expect much for it. Also you can probably buy them separately and combine them according to your needs.
