Garden of Life Organics are the only vitamins I take. The are made from whole food vegetables, which have superior bioavailability. I feel energized, sleep better, and feel better. Before I took these, I was feeling tired all the time. I did some research, and read scientific reports which told that vitamins from organic vegetables have superior nutrients. I strive to eat organic as much as possible now and I feel so much better!

These vitamins checked all the boxes for me. Sadly, I was priced out of this product.

I was looking for a vitamin that doesn't give me a stomach ache and, most importantly, easy to swallow. So far, I believe it's better than GNC MegaMen and Optimum Nutrition. I had been taking Megamen for years and I was breaking them in half so I could swallow half at a time.Take a look at the pictures:* MyKind vitamin is a little under 1" in length, same length as megamen and optimum.* MyKind weight is 1.37 grams each pill. (1.69 grams for Megamen and 1.19 grams for Optimum)* MyKind is a little thinner than Megamen and a little thicker than OptimumSo far, I don't have any problem with MyKind. I feel it's better than MegaMen and Optimum. Optimum will give you a stomach ache.

I've tried many many different types of multi-vitamins. I really bought these because they are a whole food, also because they are organic. I'm gluten intolerant and really did not know until about 6 months ago when I started a gluten free diet. I've always tried multi vitamins, but most made my stomach hurt or had some type of ill side-effect. I can take these without food and I'm fine. I like that they have a healthy dose of vitamin C. I actually just ordered some vitamin C from GOL along with a probiotic. I think this stuff is a bit pricey, but if I can afford it and its quality, then it's worth it to me.
