Because of my work schedule and other responsibilities, I feel I'm always low on energy and constantly need a boost of energy. I usually resort to a coffee; however, this has become an expensive habit over the years and I wanted to try something that would be a little more subtle. Hence, green tea in a bottle. Let me preface by saying I don't mind drinking green tea like a normal person, however there have been moments I just don't have the time to prepare my teapot and enjoy a drink. These take away the hassle and not only save you time but money as well. They are wonderful and easy to swallow. I don't use them all the time as I'm also cautious with how much caffeine I consume considering I suffer from GERD. The times I have taken these, they have been great. I will only consume 1/day. I've never been one to become jittery or have any physiological response from caffeine so I was glad these also didn't cause any of these side effects. The best part? They're effective and subtle. They kick in without you knowing and just at the right time too. You feel alert and are suddenly capable of taking over the world. Honestly, it's a great product with a fair price and no side effects. I'm glad I tried these and if you're not sensitive to caffeine, you will too!

Helps my focus a lot without all the jitters or intensity of a lot of caffeine or adderall. Much prefer this to any medication or energy drink. I actually get more done and feel more level. I do notice when I do not take it for work. Worth a shot to try it! Will keep taking this and L Tyrosine and rosemary each day.

Now's Green Tea Extract is not only priced very fair but contains a healthy dose of 400mg's per tab so u only need 1 per day. It provides a little energy since their is up to 32mg's of naturally occurring caffeine in each dose. It also provides u with all the benefits of GTE such as cellular protection, helps a bit w/anxiety I noticed since the relaxing amino acid called L-theanine is produced form GTE and also GTE is a very powerful Free Radial Scavenger. There are a lot more benefits as well if U do a bit of research but these are the main one's I remember. I also take in extra L-Theanine as well to help aid in my anxiety, and it works quite well. I have gone from 6mg's of Xanax, 4mg's Klonopin, and 8mg's Adivan per day to only 2-3mg's of Klonopin daily!! The doc's said it would be nearly impossible For me to cut dwn due to my very High anxiety levels, and the fact that I had been on these very addiction drugs for so long!!! The doctors which I worked w/ for over 10yrs. thought I would have to be on very high doses of these Benzodiazepines/tranquilizers my entire life. I found a combo, along w/ nutrition and daily exercise that works great for me and so far, so good. I did have to medically dotox of most these benzo's since these benzo's also referred to and Z-drugs and alcohol are the only ones u can die from while in a w/drawl state and seizures are very common while detoxing of them as well! It took me 5mo. to properly tapper off these meds(and it was hell for almost 2mo. and made coming off hard drugs seem like a walk in the park!) but it was worth it as I was taking on av. 6-8times more than someone w/ GAD(general Anxiety disorder) or panic attacks! Now I'm taking a light to norm. dose and have energy to workout, walk my dog, get out of bed(it was that bad some days) and it was w/ the help of GTE and the L-theanine that I was and am able to do this! I also take DMAE and Inositol & choline for concentration, memory aid and as a cognitive enhancing aid as well. With these four supplements along w/ medical detox in the beginning, I was able to get off most all and stay off most all my Anxiety meds as well as the anti-depressant Zoloft for depression that I've been on 4 over 10yrs. as well!! My doctors couldn't believe that I was completely off these meds for 5mo! I did have to get back on a small dose after a while to help calm myself dwn but wow, Im in such a better place. B4 I was fat, lazy, high and tired all day almost and I tried many times to stop both meds on my own only to fail and get very sick and suicidal so I'm very thankful for these supplements and will continue 2 use them and rec. them to anyone w/ or w/o anxiety and/or depression! I was looking for something to provide a little more energy and reduce cravings, and I’d say these do the trick. Just one mid-morning and another early afternoon help me cut out snacking. And maybe a little extra energy, too? But no jitters, sweating, or other side effects like I’ve experienced with similar supplements.

Its effective but powder inside the capsules solidified within few days of opening the bottle despite Cap tightened..now its causing a bit of bloating
