Very Solid & Extremely Sharp
This is a high quality chefs knife. It is ergonomic, balanced & sharp! Extremely sharp! My husband has worked with knives as a meat cutter, cook & more. In 33 years I have never seen him cut himself. Until now! Absolutely worth every penny! We highly recommend BUT plz. be careful!

Perfect sharpness

Perfect, cut, sliced well.
I have no picture. I gave it as a gift to my son and daughter in law for their new home. During their Christmas dinner party, her sisters asked her where she got it. They all love the look, sharpness , weight , ease of use, it’s perfect for its function. I shared this item from Amazon and they’ll order it too.

FABULOUS KNIFE!
Fabulous knife! Lovely to hold. Lovely to work with. Wonderful balance. And it's super sharp. Watch your fingers! I noticed reviews that said rust developed in the dishwasher. I would NEVER put such an instrument in the dishwasher. Immediately wash it in gentle dishwashing detergent, dry it carefully, replace the tip guard and place it back in its case. The only way to handle such a precision tool. For that matter, I never put any kitchen knives into that particular appliance. Or good china or crystal, for that matter. I've seen a pitted haze on Waterford from harsh dishwasher detergent, the glaze worn off of fine dishes. Take good care of your knife, it'll last a lifetime.

Top quality knife
great knife I own between 600 and 700 knifes of all types a long time collector of quality knives. I know quality when I hold and use a quality knife. Friends you will not be disappointed with the Paudin quality built into this knife A+ on my scale.

Good knife but …
This is a good knife. Sturdy, cuts well. It has one major design flaw though. At the rear end of the blade is a sharp corner point. That cut me a couple times and always snagged cleaning cloths. I filed mine down to a curve and solved it. But, it should be done by the knife maker.
