I've tried so many different options over the years with no relief, but these shoe soles are absolutely amazing! I feel like I'm walking on air! 🌟 I work long hours and spend a lot of time bending, stretching, and standing, and these soles provide the extra support I desperately needed for my back and feet. I've only had them for a week, and I can honestly say that there’s been NO foot or back pain after those long, tedious hours! I love them! 😍 I can't recommend them enough!

I got my 1st pair of Powersteps from my foot surgeon. He recommended that I replace them about every 6 months. The price in the Dr's office was $75.00 & not covered by insurance. along w/my $30 copay it was adding up! Purchasing them here was a great value for my moneyI tried cheaper brands of arch support but was disappointed with the lack of support. These are so comfort that I wear them all the time. Their hot overly thick so your shoes will fil perfectly!The cushion bring me lots of pain relief & I actually went shopping, (to3 stores,) by myself for the 1st time in years! (and I didn't "crash" when I got home!Fit is true to size & they help insulate so that your feet feel a little warmer!

I suffer a tremendous amount of foot and lower back pain. Seeing the reviews and podiatrist recommendations for this brand, I decided to try these out. They're a miracle. It took a bit to get used to, the first wear kind of hurt - but once my feet got used to them, all discomfort melted away. I'm experiencing real support for the first time and it's incredible.If you're not sure about your arch height, I recommend using the cardboard technique. Wet your feet a bit and step onto a piece of cardboard. You can use the print to compare to the chart in one of the product images to determine what kind of arch support you need. I never thought I had high arches before I did this myself, and these work wonders for me!

They don't have the same feel as a prior model I had for years, I probably need to just break em in but they are decent and feel similar.

These are amazing! My Podiatrist told me to get them. I can walk for hours and not have the pain in my heel. They fit great in tennis shoes if you take the padding out. I will buy some for my sandals this summer.

These might be good for you, but please heed my warning. I have collapsed arches and over pronation. After inserting these into my work boots and wearing them for a few weeks I developed severe pain and swelling in my right foot. THIS PRODUCT WILL NOT CAUSE THIS ISSUE IF YOU HAVE NORMAL FEET. However they certainly did not help prevent it. I’ve since switched to KURU foot wear and this does not happen. Again this product will not hurt you, but there may be better options for you. Please consider looking into those options, and if you have specific concerns, talk to a doctor.

I got custom orthotics and they didn’t work; these are much better! These have helped my feet tremendously! I’m even running again!
