These were recommended to me by my dietitian friend. They work well with my pro-biotic. I take both on an empty stomach each morning. Game changer for bloat and digestive issues.

This product selectively eats bad bacteria and in doing so, transforms that into food for the good bacteria that should be living symbiotically in your gut. The delivery was quick. The product had a recent mfg. date.

You get what you pay for. When I use any product from this company, I feel the difference. It is always worth the money.

Will make all the difference in the world when taken with your probiotic. I’ve taken ones that have prebiotics in them but nothing is remotely close to taking these in addition to a probiotic. I have taken them for years and will never be without them. Incredible product.

Have just received this so can't yet report experience. Recommended by Ray Peat so we are going to use this for colon health.The extra ingredients look safer than another brand's which had quite a few excipients I avoid such as silica.

I don't notice any difference when using these phages. Just take good quality probiotics, especially live cultures. No need for phages.
