Price was great. Material is much thinner than OEM but works just like the OEM. Just trace the original onto the new blank. I used a utility knife with a new blade and a straight edge, drilled the holes. Found info on this on YouTube. Saved me from buying a new microwave.

I fixed my sparking microwave in just a few minutes! Just remove the old burnt wave guard to use as a pattern, trace, cut, and install the brand new wave guard. That's It!! Easy Peasy!!! Saved me from buying a new microwave! I highly recommend!!!

I was able to simply trace the former, burned-out wave guide cover onto the new wave guide material and then to cut out the replacement piece with kitchen scissors. The new cover slipped into position on my Panasonic microwave and has been working reliably multiple times a day for well over a month.

Once installed, the waveguide cover worked perfectly, and I could notice the difference in my microwave's performance. This little, inexpensive part has essentially extended the life of my appliance, saving me the cost and hassle of buying a new microwave.What I really appreciate is that you don't need any special skills or electrical knowledge to install these. I was SOoo happy to discover that there was a "save" for my arcing microwave and I would not have to replace it!I ordered a package of these wave guard panels from Amazon and they arrived right on time! It was scary watching the sparks and listening to the hissing & popping coming from inside the microwave.Wal-La! I replaced the damaged panel and we haven't had any arcing since! Hopefully our microwave will have an extended life for a while longer!

The old Mica Wave Guard became worn- the two notches on one side broke off. After much searching I could not locate an exact match. I bought this product knowing it was bigger, and a sheet-I simply traced around one end, and then flipped it around to trace the other end (the old notches had broken off)It fits very snug as it should and seems like a fitting replacement. A+

This worked for replacing my burnt cover. Didn't need four but now I'm covered. They are good quality pieces.

This item is a generic replacement for a waveguide cover inside a microwave.Keep your old cover as a template, because you have to cut this item to the shape of your existing cover. I used an exact-o knife to make the cuts, once I traced the shape of my old cover onto the new one.Since I couldn't find the exact cover for my microwave (it's not manufactured anymore - I guess), this was a good (and cheap) alternative.
