Started great. Noticed a boost of energy for a few days and had great motivation to work out. After a few days I started feeling really nauseous and headachey all day every day, sudden feelings like I’m going to have to run to be sick and bad stomach. Stopped taking these and felt fine for a few days, took another one this morning and the sickness and headache is back. Obviously while feeling like this don’t feel like doing anything other than laying about, so not great for energy either.Maybe just not for me

Well thought they would be worth a try if only to have a bit of energy, sadly, no use at all, did not notice any difference, took the whole month at regular intervals and every day, nothing, great if they work for you but a waste of money for me. Easy enough to swallow was the only good thing about them

I don't think these are for me I've been taking for a week now and I've gained weight, it has given me a bit of energy but that's it and b4 you ask I only eat one meal a day that has less that 500 calories in it, they are easy to swallow and they might help other ppl but they don't me sorry

Excellent for energy boost, and haven't lost weight but maintained weight regardless of bad days. Worth the money no side effects.
