Stand folds up very small. Unfortunately, the legs don't take an accidental stepping on very well, and now it has a permanent list from level. The tabs that hold the "desk" closed when it's folded in half should be a tiche longer so they can support the bottom of the music pages when the desk is open and there are a lot of pages to hold.The knob that loosens behind the desk and allows the desk to slide to the end of the extension standard and fold parallel will not hold the desk tight enough when centered on the standard.The good is that you can turn the standard and desk until the music doesn't slide. Stand does fairly well in the wind when playing outdoors. Bag is just barely large enough for the stand and has very little room for the light and its bag. Stand bag is good quality and hasn't ripped yet. Good stand for the most part, but doesn't hold up well to the rigors of travel.

AWESOME!!! I needed a portable music stand the would fold up almost completely. I have another stand but the music holder does not fold and it made it very cumbersome. With this stand, I love how the music holder folds up and it's very easy to use and put together. It comes with a carrying case, but only after about two uses the zipper broke. I still keep in the bag, but cannot close it up. That is the only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars. I wanted a folding stand with a carrying bag.

I didn't realize it was a previously owned item when I selected it. The zipper pull on the carrying case was missing. It came in packaging that had 3 large holes (both ends of box were almost open). There were no assembly instructions, although it seems intuitive on putting it together. The downside is when I pulled it out of the box, there are 2 spare pieces that fell out and I can't figure where they go. Checked the picture online and can't decipher why I have the spare pieces. With the "huge" holes in the box, who knows what I should have received, or what might have fallen out of the box during shipping. Not happy at all!!!!! The item is usable, but not sure it's complete. I've already given feedback on packaging.

This is a good, light weight product. The vendor is straight up with great customer support. Are you ready for this? They called me before shipping to be sure I would be happy (they had to substitute - they were out of what I had originally ordered). The merchant from Florida [email protected]. We need more people like this on the internet. It came with a slight dent, which was easily fixed on my end. This is a very good portable stand.

I bought this to take the place of my Nilton stand for gigs, when some of the plastic parts broke. I was hoping for something substantial but still lightweight enough to carry easily. This stand is definitely sturdy, but it was too heavy to use as I'd intended, so I kept it for home use instead. Collapses easily enough for storing.

I had to return the first stand because BOTH zippers broke on the carry bag. The return was very smooth: I had saved the original so I re-packed it and took the option to use UPS. When I returned from UPS, I received an email telling me a replacement was on the way. It arrived in 3 days and I notice that different zipper pulls are being used and they look like they will stand up to more vigorous use. The stand is heavy, but the carry bag should help with getting from gig to gig. I am satisfied.

This stand is great! The bag...not so much. The zipper was broken and rattling around in the box upon arrival...not heavy duty or sturdy in the least. I called Amazon and they gave me an additional discount for the unusable bag and I'm now going bag shopping so it can travel easily. Thank you Amazon customer service. The stand is sturdy and heavy...very impressive for the price.

The music stand seems to be very well made. Determination of its dependability will take some time. A known negative is the bag. There are two zipper heads on a common zipper. One works fine, the other disintegrated the minute I touched it coming out of the box. A functioning bag is essential if you are going to be hauling this outside the home.

The stand is perfect for my heavy binders that hold my sheets of music. Only one problem with the plastic nob that tightens the flat part that holds the music was in pieces. I gather this was the reason it was sold as used. I was lucky I found a part at a second hand store cheap that fit the screw other wise I would of sent it back. I really like the solid top much more sturdy then the other types. Very happy with my purchase.
