Works well in smoothies, hot beverages, even pancakes. Unflavored means it taste won't overtake what you've added it to. Truly unflavored - I've used other collagen products that leave a gross after taste. It dissolves best in not cold liquid or blender applications. For a quick breakfast on the run or a pick me up I'll sometimes dissolve a scoop or two in a couple ounces room temp water, add teaspoon each turmeric & ashwaganda powder, a tiny bit of maple syrup or liquid stevia; blitz with frother then add milk to top up glass. Health benefits: my hair has body that I haven't had since my teens, nails are less prone to tear (used to lose at least one to weekly laundry folding). Definitely have noticed benefit in skin, nail, hair health.

I honestly love this stuff! I’ve been using it for the better part of a year now and I’ve noticed a tremendous difference in my skin and nails. Some improvement in my hair as well. My skin looks and feels a lot better, much less prone to breakouts even with perimenopause hormones doing their thing. My nails were never really brittle but I caught myself recently complaining that I have to file them so often lately because they grow so fast and then I realized this collagen was doing its job haha. Dissolves super easily in my coffee and no weird taste whatsoever. Currently working to get my husband to start adding it to his daily protein shakes haha.

Got this for my mom. She likes the taste and it dissolves very easily, it’s a pretty good product.

Works well for my digestion, skin, and plantar fasciitis. Dissolves well, although not as well as displayed in the video. Tastes and smells AWFUL which is the only reason I didn't give the product 5 stars. To put the scent & taste into perspective, I had a relative who had a tissue filled spit can...thats what this stuff smells like, and it tastes just as awful.

When I tell you your collegen has been life altering, I mean no exaggeration. This product has really and truly altered my daily life! I am a 55 yo, menopausal Certified Nurse Assistant, Certified Dementia Practitioner. This is my second time ordering this particular collagen. I swear it has made my nails much easier to look after as they no longer break or crack I’m hoping that it does the same thing for my bones easy to use as it has no flavours and dissolve easily in any kind of fluid hot or cold.

Dont let low ratings fool you, i was worried too when i read those low rating reviews. But i still tried it because the collagen brand i was already using, still had some of the problems that were mentioned in the low rating reviews; a little smell, little grassy taste, and late dissolving so i thought what could go wrong but lucky me, this collagen literally solves all of the problem, i am literally amazed by how fast it dissolves, i m a late sleeper and late riser so i am always late for office, and when i am up, i want everything fast, this powder literally dissolves in seconds even in cool drinks/milk, no smell and taste at all. My problem for the collagen is literally solved. Don't know how beneficial it is because its only been 2 days i’ve purchased this and i couldn't wait to post a review.

Bought multiple times and will purchase again definitely. Bought it for my mum, it was recommended for her knees. It has improved her mobility and she has less pain than before. You just have to keep using it continously.

This product is amazing. Hands down, best collagen product I've tried. With consistent use, it actually makes my face glow. Totally tasteless, so you can put it in anything, and the consistency is so fine that it doesn't clump up like other collagen products can.

This is my 4th great lakes I have brought and I think this is absolutely a must try product, I have been taking this product for nearly a few months now and the benefits are a good result (for me) I take one table spoon in morning and one table spoon before bed in cold water... I have put a lot of research into this product and i know you can buy cheaper products out there but you never know if the powder comes from animals that have been grass fed naturally or fed with chemicals so I tend to stick with the positive research. I have noticed a lot of difference for example my nails are stronger and grow nicely but that works together with me not putting nail varnishes on my nails which contain harsh chemicals that actually ruin your nails and absorb into your body... also my hair has grown better and a little quicker meaning I am not Rapunzel but I have noticed a slight length :) and feels stronger, my stylist can not believe that I have not had my hair trimmed within 7 months (usually I have it cut every time I have my roots done 6-8 weeks) and together with my hair I don't used silicone/chemical based shampoo's conditioners etc that again ruin your hair and absorb into your body. my skin feels a lot better and I must admit on the backs of my thighs I did start to get faint cellulite looking skin if you know what I mean and it has faded that a little but all in all this has worked well for me I know everybody is different but for me it is good, my boyfriend takes it too as he suffers with bad backs and when he got out of bed in the morning his feet ached when he stood up but he said this has helped his aches a lot for him. If you were to buy it I think just buy the one for now and see how you get on I don't suffer with allergies to anything so I cant comment on any allergy based questions.. its not suitable for vegetarian's as it does come from the bones of animals but each to their own I guess.... I have tried the red tub... I tend to put that with a herbal tea if I am in the mood to wait for it to dissolve but to be honest that tube is still in my cupboard :) anyway that's all I can think of for my review at the moment but if I can think of anything else I will put it in another review when I buy another.
