Looked for dried parsley in small container, and it was so expensive at the grocery stores here I've been doing without. Found this on Amazon - it is labelled Happy Belly and packed in the USA. I read that it is NOT irradiated. It really has a nice fresh taste. Fresh parsley isn't always in the best condition in our markets sometimes, and the prices have become very inflated. I enjoy having this on hand in my spice cabinet. It enhances the taste of potato or mac salads, I use it over my green salads, in my home made soups, over potatoes with melted butter, and in my home made salad dressings, too. Good product, great price!

Amazon's Spice and Herb prices are pretty hard to beat. Some of the products are better than others. I'm not sure, but there may be different companies making them. I have had better than this, but for the price, it's just fine. This isn't one of those essential ingredients that you really need to pay top dollar on. There are a few ingredients that I'm willing to pay top dollar for and when I say a "Few" I mean it...lol So, I do recommend this. The price is good and it does the job.
