the plan needs to be activated from the app, then only you get extended warranty. Plus they do not refund the amount if the plan is not activated and have a refund time of one month. I have 50+ products from this seller and no one says that we need to activate the plan in the wording. Complete waste of money. 0% ease of use. 0% functionality

I bought cold press juicer 2 and half year ago, after 2 years warranty ended juicer stopped working... after 2-3 months suddenly I remembered about Onsitego 1 years extended warranty bought by me & I raised a request today online, after 2-3 hrs. pick up person arrived and took the product for repairing and they will send it to company itself and no local repair will be arranged for this, if product repairs then ok if not company will provide replacement...so far so good and onsitego's service is very good but I am waiting for the result of repair, will update soon in some days...

Ok okay product

I had purchased an OTG in December 2018 which has its 1-warranty till 2019 and while purchasing that I extended the warranty of that OTG with Onsitego 1 Year Extended Warranty for Small Appliances! Now what happened is that the OTG stopped working after its original warranty expired, So I contacted Onsitego, and the process thereon went really smooth, They sent a technician he took the non-working OTG to the service centre and I got timely notifications/tracking on text. And because the OTG could not be repaired they proposed me that I would like to have the full refund of amount? I agreed and finally they sent me a Amazon GIFT CARD of that amount. I have redeemed it and I'm happy that I had taken the extended warranty. 5/5 stars.
