This is my third or fourth time buying these. I started getting them from the company directly and then switch to Amazon since it’s more practical to ship. I think they work. A lot of my digestive issues have improved. I also have change my diet and overall eating habits, so a combination of all of these things with these supplements May be the key. So I can’t say that this is the only thing that made it work, but I’d like to believe that it did contribute. So I will continue purchasing them.

Noticeably effective—I began taking Biohm pre- and probiotics about 2 months ago. Prior to that, I had tried many different types of probiotics in powder form, pill form and/or just eating foods that have higher probiotics in them. I didn’t really notice a difference after taking any of them. The issues I was trying to address were: bloating, heart burn, and just general low energy. After taking Biohm consistently for a couple months, I’ve seen a significant difference in issues I was having. I highly recommend this product.

I am taking this probiotic for the treatment of candida and c diff which was found in a stool sample. Before I started taking this, I had issues with loose stools, bloating, gas, anxiety, poor sleep habits, and overall terrible digestion.I would suggest taking this UNDER the supervision of a physician. The reason why is because you will likely experience detox symptoms because THIS probiotic works deeply in your gut to kill off BAD bacteria. It will help to start with a low dose (1 tablet every other day) and increase as tolerated (1 tablet daily). Please don’t STOP taking it because you feel poorly. That means the probiotic is doing its job. I also changed my diet from eating a lot of carbs and sugar. I have noticed that I no longer crave those foods, I am losing weight, and the bloating isn’t as bad. I have another month of treatment to go. I have good days and bad days due to the detox effects. However, healing is a journey, not a sprint. I would rather feel uncomfortable temporarily than be VERY sick for the long haul.

I really like this product for a variety of reasons! I've tried many probiotics in the past, some of which actually exacerbated my issues with digestive health and bloating. This product I can take on an empty stomach without any upset, and feel great and less bloated as the day goes on. I also love that it's backed by science and a doctor with medical knowledge on the human microbiome. I know this probiotic might seem expensive, but in return for it actually working, it's a small price to pay in my opinion! Definitely high quality ingredients and it shows in the way it does what it's supposed to.

So far so good, I'm on my second month of using these probiotics. They are a bit pricey but are doing their job. I have not had an upset stomach or indigestion since using this product.Now all I need is something to help with my energy levels.I would recommend this product to friends.

Can’t say it’s amazing yet as it hadn’t helped much yet. My digestion is the same so far. It’s not as effective as I thought it would be so far, but it’s only a few days. Will update if that changes soon. Pretty expensive probiotic for 25. No pain relief. Easy to swallow. Easy to use. Pill size is quite big.

I was not sure what to expect from BioHm, but I was pleasantly surprised. The capsules were easy for me to swallow, left no aftertaste, did not upset my stomach at all, and had no negative effects. I also like the fact that they are organic. I always try to choose organic products whenever possible. This particular brand was recommended by Women's World magazine in a article which talked about how to rid your system of an overgrowth of candida, so I decided to give it a try. I will re-evaluate after a month, but right now I am feeling well, am more regular, and am noticing the candida rash is fading. So far so good!
