Replace the spoon
It would be better if you replace the wooden spoon with your small steel spoon. Resin is not very suitable for taking.

Excilent product of Vedapure shilajit
It's been almost 4 to 5 days when I have started having VEDAPURE shilajit twice a day and it's pump up the energy level very well. This smells like a smell of mountain and purity. A very good and natural product to have to maintain our health and physics.

Good and showing results
I started using this to help healing my injured shoulder earlier. Worked well. Also now I am using this to improve my strength and stamina while doing weight training in Gym. I can already see improvement in strength also stamina. Wish to continue using this regularly. Price is reasonable. Product purity seems to be good with visible results.

I am not here to tell you that Shilajit is going to do some magic in your life. In fact, I'm not allowed to. But I can't honestly see where any benefit would counter the absolute vileness of this goo! It tastes awful. It smells awful. It has a creepy consistency that is somewhere between a jelly and a slime. The color itself is revolting. And it stains EVERYTHING! I don't know what you can do to get the effects of Shilajit, but find something else. Absolutely gross!
