This is an amazing product that was shown to me by a Kenyan Co-worker.I use this product on rack of lamb. Slice the product into lollipops, Salt, Pepper, Garlic, and this Powder on both sides and sear on a cast iron pan. Best lamb I have ever had, it also adds some great color to the meat.
