Westcott Paper Trimmer With Titanium Bonded Cut And Score Blades, 12"

I buy replacement blades for my Westcott Paper Trimmer about once every few months...now don't get me wrong, this does not mean that the blades are bad or get dull quickly! I do a lot of origami and paper crafts so I spend lots of time cutting paper into the perfect size for whatever project I am working on. I find that I can cut about 5,000 star strips out of printer grade paper before it goes dull or about 1,000 sheets of 12inch scrapbook paper into 3inch squares before it gives me problems.Its a really reliable replacement blade and works great for what I need, so no complaints from me!

Westcott Trimmer is my best kept secret! I giggle reading the negative reviews on this "cheap" paper trimmer because compared to the more expensive fiskars, tonic, etc., my Westcott has performed well above them. Even with heavy use on various cardstock projects, it was more than 3 years before I needed to replace the cutting blade. Impossible to go several months before needing to replace the Fiskars blades.The other really important feature is that the blade doesn't wiggle in the track during cutting. It remains super straight, unlike every one of my several other trimmers.The compact size, swing-out ruler, rubber feet, scoring blade and ruler markings are still good as new, many years later. I can't rate this trimmer and replacement blades any higher!

This worked out perfectly for my Wescott Titanium Bonded trimmer. It's a purple trimmer with swing out arm. No date or code info on the unit so I was hoping the replacement blades would work based on my visual inspection from photo. My trimmer is about 5 yrs old. The blades fit perfectly. I am giving this item a 4 not a 5, due to the pricing I thought was a little high for how much it costs to make, however w/ prime I ordered them at like 8 pm, and had them before dinner the next day. Love this item, was everything I needed.

The best price for the best cutters ever. I love to use these in my ebay business. I am able to cut through 155 pound tag stock. It is thick, and dulls most brands of cutting blades quickly. I found the Wescott trimmer and blades to be long lasting and I won't go back to the other brands I have used.I cut with these blades for about 6 hours a day. The blades last about a week and a half before I choose to change them out for new blades. I still use them to cut cleanly and swiftly to laminated tags. I use a very thick 5mil for laminating and it cuts though them like they are soft butter.You won't ever be disappointed with the with the Westcott blades.
