I bought this specifically for baking sourdough bread, and it does not disappoint! I couldn’t be happier with this Dutch Oven. I like the height, it is very sturdy, perfect size, and safe up to 500 degrees - which I needed.

I've used this on the stove and in the oven with no problem. It even goes in the dishwasher looking well-used and comes out clean. Highly recommend!

I had read about lid issues in some of the other reviews, therefore I babied this by handwashing only. I purchased this in late February, 2020, and started using it in mid-March, using it a handful of times in the past 4 months. I carefully hand washed it and first dried with a towel and then finished with air dry on rack. Today I picked the pot and the lid up to see the entire rim was rusted on the outside of the lid. I don't think it will compromise my food/cooking, but is distressful to look at especially for the price I paid. On the good side, this dutch oven is very heavy and everything I've cooked in it has come out perfect. Other than the weight, this pot is easy to clean. This is my first cast iron Dutch oven and it works so well. I can't get over how fast it heats everything up! Including water for my pasta! It is heavy, but no issues with rust at all. I read that can happen but I use it often and dry it out well. Worth the investment!

I already had two other cast iron dutch oven pots. I wanted to get the same color in a smaller size. I came across this particular pot and liked what it had to offer. I’ve been using it for a few weeks now and it works just as well as my higher end dutch oven pots but for a lot less money. The color is a true red like the picture and the lid and pot is lined well. Dutch oven cooking is great for braising and long hours of cooking. I made braised short ribs with potatoes and tomatoes and it came out amazing. I can’t wait to use it more often. Recommend it if you’re into dutch ovens.

The enameled cast iron oven is beautiful! And the price is 70% less then the French one (L_ C______) I'm replacing. No chips, mars or paint drips. It's even finished on the bottom, yea. The lid fits perfectly and the handle is attached properly. It arrived today, so haven't used it to bake bread. Hope it stands up to the 500F flash point.Fingers crossed.
