Decal fits and doesn't affect playability
As long as you know its a decal (a sticker) you are all set. Fits perfectly. My son loves it. Certainly cheaper than buying a camo controller when his controller works perfectly fine.

Get another brand
Too stiff and thick. Doesn't fit curved surface of controller well. I got another brand, MS, that were much nicer and easier to put on and look better. Won't get this brand again.
