Camera works but floodlight is defective. Expensive lesson - try products when you receive them. I waited unfortunately and now am stuck with a camera with no floodlight.

I had A*lo cameras for over 5 years. I was somewhat dissatisfied with them due to lagging motion recognition. Granted that they were old, but I wanted a replacement. I researched extensively and decided to give the Blink system a shot. I ordered the special 3 camera deal and was hopeful they would be satisfactory. I installed the cameras ( seamlessly) and am totally satisfied. The motion recognition response is excellent. The video is extraordinary clear and sharp. The interface is easy and intuitive. I am highly recommending this wonderful system to all my family and friends. Great product.

Very good system for the average home and price is good easy to setup and use.

Amazon has turned to CENSORING (out) any derogatory comments on their BLINK 4 cameras, and BLINK Customer Service; and my comments on my BLINK 4 cameras can only be posted on the 4-pack battery accessories I bought with three of them. This review is aimed at informing Prospective Blink Customers to beware of Amazon's LACK of SUPPORT. Blink (bought by Amazon in 2017), and OWNED by Amazon, has chosen to dishonor their customer service on FINE PRINT and BAD FAITH, by NOT HONORING warranty of NEW PRODUCTS with anything other than SCRATCHED UP USED JUNK, even when their first scratched up used junk doesn't work, that is what they send back to you AGAIN, and hope their next scratched up JUNK Blink 4 camera will work. I bought THREE pack of Blink 4 cameras, and took a month before installing the last one. IF YOU WAIT, as I did, to install your Blink 4 camera (third in a 3-pack for me) to find out it is BAD from the factory, TOO BAD. Amazon will NOT accept it after 30 days, even though you never used it. They send you to Blink Customer Service HELL, who they call "the manufacturer" (funny, considering Amazon owns them). You will be dealing with BLINK'S foreigner customer service (go figure) who promises to send a NEW replacement, but then they only send their refurb junk, which has NOT been verified as good. I WASTED DAYS messing around going through TWO junk REFURBS because they wouldn't send me a new replacement on a purchase that was only a few days past their 30 day window before I activated it. By the way, Blink KNOWS exactly when you activate your camera, so this was never in question. They simply want to pay foreigners to tell you "Sorry, you get what we send you." LASTLY, AMAZON, despite being the SELLER and OWNER of Blink will NOT support you at any cost. AMAZON will destroy years of Prime customer sales credibility to save $7.00 on sending you a new Blink (which is about their cost in China; I used to manufacturer there; I know). Amazon has degraded itself on customer service across the board, including Prime Members, which I cancelled because of their inept and misleading RETURN policies. So be sure to check your BLINK thoroughly before 30 days is up, and don't be surprised if and when you have any issues that they send you to BLINK Customer Service Hell. Because that is what it is.
