I've always gone with more expensive or name brand cord management systems and this product is a fraction of the cost with the same level of quality and use as interned. Super simply to install as my wife (novice handy-woman) was able to complete in about 20mins with limited assistance. I also liked the product included a drywall hole cutter, even though I own one. I would definitely recommend this product for a simple installation to provide a great aesthetic appearance while hiding wires and providing better cable management.

Phenomenal kit, great quality, and exactly what is needed to produce the ultimate clean, cable-free install. The two-piece wall socket is also a gem. The hard plastic surround snugs up nicely to drywall, and the flexible, but relatively rigid rubber cable management insert, is perfection. Nice work Echogear. I don’t write many reviews, but wanted to share my experience because this kit is the real deal.

I recently purchased two ECHOGEAR TV Wire Hider for Wall Kits to organize the cables behind my wall-mounted TVs. Overall, I am very satisfied with the product, though I did encounter a minor issue with one of the kits.The first kit was a breeze to install. The included drill attachment worked perfectly, making it easy to cut through the drywall and install the wire hider in no time. The result was a clean and professional look, just what I was hoping for.However, the second kit I purchased had a faulty drill attachment. The cutting piece was loose and ineffective, making it difficult to cut the drywall properly. I contacted Amazon and ordered a replacement, which arrived promptly and worked just as well as the first kit.Despite the small hiccup with the second kit, I am happy with the ECHOGEAR TV Wire Hider overall. The installation process is straightforward, and the end result is fantastic. I would recommend this product, but just be aware that you might need to check the drill attachment before starting the installation.

Beat & simplest way to hide cable cords.

I'd been staring at the TV cables and cords dangling under the TV set going to the cable box on the dresser for too long. I finally researched and bought this product. I couldn't be happier - everything about this product is excellent - including the circular drill bit that is included (for use with your power drill). The instructions were clear, simple and written with a sense of humor which I appreciated. The finished look is perfect. This is one of those products that I'd give more stars to because it's better than just 5 stars!

Simplicity and functionality, my 2 favorite things.The included hole blade did a really clean cut.My suggestion would be to run your cabling through the provided rubber cover before setting in the housing. I was able, with some effort, to get my extension cord through the slit which was excellent.I did however feed my Ethernet cable through the housing but forgot to go through the cover before fishing it up (dropped a cable and twist tied to pull up). Because it’s coming from a really long run already fished through some other walls I was not about to take the extra 15m to send it back down for a re-do (already had the cover set in the top housing section).It’s a thin cable to i ran it jenkily out the side, which works for me as it will be well covered from view.Reasoning behind running cables through before setting in housing is, as you will see when you take it off the first time during installation, is it’s 3 prongs that hold it in are rather secure.I’m sure someone could manage to get it off after set, but with 2 cables inside and in the way, I did not want to try to undo the rubber while it was secured to the wall and I was too lazy to unscrew and take the housing out.Works well. Simple, easy to install. 5/5 for the price.(I used a stud finder with a voltage detector to ensure no risk of hitting wiring in this old house, always a good practice)
