I will start out by saying there is no over the counter magic pill that you can take and miraculously loose weight BUT combining it woth water intake and exercise I believe it has helped significantly with abdominal fat loss.What sets this particular pill aside from other fat loss pills is the ingredient grains of paradise. Now, one thing to note. Not all Grains of Paradise is created equally. Paradoxine is the preferred choice because it is the only Grains of Paradise extract that has actual human research behind it (STD. to 12.5% 6-paradol) and this pill contains just that.If you would like a boost in your exercise routine I would recommend.

The pills are supposed to tone /slim the body down, The pills are specifically designed to help women loose weight. supposed to help you lose weight.DirectionsAdults, take 1 soft gel up to 3 times daily, 30 minutes before meals.The second week suggest take 2, if tolerable to the stomach.The capsules go down very easily. They did not upset my stomach. Overall I like them.
