Nintendo DS Electric Blue (Renewed)

It came in immaculate condition, everything works and there is only a few minor scratches that you can only see when you hold them up at just the right angle in the light. Everything works great and they even replaced the scratch resistant pad on the touch screen. I have been thoroughly enjoying all of my old Pokemon games.

Despite being advertised as "Like New" my Nintendo DS arrived with a broken hinge and poor performance. While I understand that the broken hinge issue is common in the original DS model, this model had other issues as well. GBA games would not properly load and DS games frequently froze on startup. My shipment came with a business card from the provider, a company called CaveGamers. I contacted their customer service and let them know of the issue, and was repeatedly given the run around. I received multiple emails from your automated service telling me that I had failed to respond to messages and that my ticket would be closed if I did not respond within a certain number of days. I responded to each of these emails letting them know I was still awaiting answers and that they should not close my ticket. I did my due diligence checking my junk folder, and the problem was clearly on their end. With no help coming from the provider, I processed my return through Amazon. This has unfortunately been a negative experience from top to bottom. It's a shame, because having a classic electric blue DS would have been a nice slice of nostalgia.

Yes, the nintendo d s works perfectly.And I enjoy every moment of it since I lost mine.Now I love this one even more cuz.It's blue

It want play some of the Pokemon games. But seems to be ok with other games so far.

I thought it was very clean and works really well. They did a good job refurbishing the game.

The slot for gba games does not work and it randomly shuts off or freezes once you've been playing a while it's like once it warms up or something it just doesn't want to work right

Condition was not as promised. Deep scratch on screen, tons of scratches on shell. The Gameboy advanced slot doesn't work. Don't waste your money. There's a reason the seller doesn't have a actual picture of the ds you're buying on here.
