Not made well, nor great to look at, so I wouldn’t use it for cosplay. But, I needed it for my kid, and it was perfect for that.

Looked better than I expected, and stayed in place perfectly on my son's Halloween costume.

It has a regular pin latch, good for open neck capes. Okay for conjoined or closed neck capes. I wouldn't use it on thick fabric like I have to, but it stays secure regardless.

The green paint is missing in some spots and is smudged on some of the silver color. Up close it looks weird but far away just fine.

This is definitely not a high quality item, but for a Halloween costume that will be worn exactly once, it does the job just fine. Looks good from a distance, but if you want one that looks good close up, you may want to pick a pricer option.

I found this brooch rather durable, though the paint job is somewhat roughly done.From a comfortable talking distance of two feet away though, you can't really tell that it is a costume prop.It is definitely made of some sort of metal alloy, and has a safety catch on the brooch so the brooch will not accidentally pop open.(Therefore, one does not simply stab themselves with it. ;)...)The price is slightly higher than I would've liked to pay, but well worth it. :)

The in looked how I expected, and was really cute idea for my sons costume. However, we couldn’t use it because the pin itself couldn’t reach the housing, so it couldn’t close.

It's just a cheap pin, but I really enjoy it. I was pleased to discover that it's not as flimsy as I feared after reading the reviews, though it certainly isn't indestructible; I did break it when I yanked on it not realizing that it had caught on something, but I was able to repair it easily with super glue. If you look carefully you can see that the green had been applied a bit sloppily, but at a glance it looks fine.So if you're a cosplayer, you'll probably want something a little better than this; but if you're just having fun with friends or simply like the idea of the wearing the Fellowship's leaf brooch, then this product is a good choice.

The only thing worth noting is that the clasp is very tiny and so you'll have to be careful to properly secure it, especially attaching it to a kids costume.

El broche es bonito, aunque para mi parecer brilla mucho. Lo compré para disfraz y funciona muy bien.

I bought this for my 9 year old to go to a fancy dress party. He said it was 'Epic!', and I thought it was excellent value for money. Would have preferred the chain to be detachable.

Eine sehr schöne Brosche nachempfunden den Blättern Loriens aus Herr der Ringe. Für den Preis kann man wirklich nicht meckern, sie ist sehr schön und trägt sich auch genauso gut. Natürlich kann man nicht die Original im Film verwendete Brosche erwarten, aber man hätte auch etwas viel schlechteres bekommen können.Ich liebe diese Brosche und freue mich schon darauf sie verwenden zu können!
