This is a fantastic little radio. Perfect for one room: like a kitchen or a workroom. Stylish, no bells and whistles you don't need, and you can plug your phone or mp3 player (or whatever) in, and listen that way as well. This would be great for a technologically-challenged person, or for someone (like me) who just wanted a device to simplify life: sometimes you just want to turn on a radio and leave it at that. Excellent radio reception, and the speakers are acceptable.

It's a good old fashion radio with a great vintage looks and decent sound and sturdy. The one thing I don't like about it is that it does not have the dial backlit, the FM and Am symbols are lit and that's it although they do look cool lit it would have been cooler if the dial had been back lit with a nice green or soft yellow light but overall I am happy with this purchase and I look forward to it lasting and providing old fashion enjoyment for a good long while. Very poor reception and I live in the center of Boston. Does not delineate between stations which I think is an inner electronic configuration issue. Looks fantastic though even though a horrible station is able to overlap an inch worth's of the dial. Will be trying a better (and paying for) third party antenna. I just want to listen to Toucher and Rich when I'm getting dressed for work. Is that so much to ask?

I love this radio. The finish has a bit of a shine which is a nice contrast to the stainless front. The dials are great and the sound crisp. It looks great on the kitchen counter and is perfect for listening to the news in the morning. I'm back in my Grandma and Mom's Kitchen when I "click" it on. Price is perfect for the product. If you like simplicity you will like this radio.

Hands down one of the best purchases I have made in a while. The sound is crisp; clear; the reception is amazing. It’s sleek and fits in with my décor. People claimed that there is a sound that it always makes; I am not sure what they are hearing. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to purchase it. I would go as far as to give this as a gift.

PLUG ALERT!! A/C adaptor plug is very large and heavy, so if your'e concerned about concealing plugs this is a "heads-up". Sound is fair to good, but dialogue does sound somewhat muffled. Extension headphone/speaker jack output in back is a plus! This feature is very hard to find on other standard radios. Dial area is minimally lit so don't expect to see much here. Reception is above average compared to clock radios.
