What is best to clean burn stains off of side of pan?

I use the stainless steel cleaning wipes I use for my microwave and dishwasher. Works well. If tough on burn stains, heat up wipe for 10 seconds in the microwave and then use.

Does this work with an induction cook top?

Yes it does. When you place a magnet at the bottom of the pot, it sticks which means it's inductive.

Can you use this pot to cook rice?

Any pot can be used to cook rice as long as it has a lid.
