V078 Large Oversize Vertical Samsung Galaxy S3, S4, & HTC One Smart Phone Case Pouch Holster with Rotating Belt Clip & Magnetic closure 5.75x3x0.75

Oh my. My leg tingled when this case arrived and I opened the box. I immediately grabbed my lovely ZTE Majesty in its purple protective case and slipped her in. She fit like a pinky finger in a velvet glove. So nice. Such a fit. And the color. Black. Black is always in style, it doesn't care what the season in. <You can't wear white after Labor Day, but black is always in style, especially when an untimely (or timely) death has occurred>The belt clip is exactly the right size for my belt. I was somewhat apprehensive that my narrow belt might not provide enough surface area for effective support, but I was thrilled when I clipped it on and it did not jump off. I went immediately to the full length mirror in my bedroom to see how completely cool I looked with this V078 case clipped on. Wow.Now, the magnetic closure thing is a complete failure. It doesn't work. However, I have some velcro <or a generic hook and loop product, I'm not sure it's real brand name Velcro> and I put approximately 0.8646 square inches on the case. I put the hooks on the flap and the loops on the body. I'm afraid if you don't follow that order you may be disappointed in the efficacy of the Velcro augmentation. Unfortunately, the hook component on the inside of the covering flap did not have adequate adhesive strength to allow the hooks and loops to disengage under tension, instead the hooks separated from the flap. To cure this inadequacy, I applied approximately 0.46ml of wood glue and applied a clamp to ensure a strong bond. (The clamp applied approximately 10.5689 psi to the patch).Last night I went to Starry Sky Adventures and Bar. Approximately 6.2486 people invaded my personal space to inquire of me where I obtained this fantastic, very cool oversize ZTE Majesty pouch. I proudly told them I had obtained it from Amazon, and I even pulled the Majesty from the wonderfully fitted V078 and used the Amazon Android App to show them how they could order it. Delivery was wonderful, it was delivered right to my mailbox. Packaging was ample to prevent damage, although the V078 is so well made I don't think even a USPS trip could have damaged this.So here's my advice. Stop reading right now and order this immediately. You cool factor will thank you. Yes, I am retired and have nothing better to do than write entertaining Amazon reviews.

This holster was the closest I could find for the Samsung S3/S4 to the Blackberry holsters I was used to. There are a couple of flaws I think which if corrected would make this a 5 star product.The width and depth are great but the length is just not quite long enough to fit a Samsung S4 with a protective bumper cover on it. Does fit OK if just the phone is put in but with the protective jacket, it is just a tad short!The clip is a rotating one that is useful to put on the belt but unfortunately the clip is one that does not expand easily with the press of your fingers like the Blackberry ones had, which makes putting this clip onto your belt a chore!

I have a Galaxy S4 with the Mophie Juice Pack battery case, and was looking for a holster that would work with this combination. This holster accommodates this phone perfectly, even with the increased phone thickness due to the Mophie Juice Pack. The phone remains secure in the holster, but is easily retrieved when needed. This holster appears to be of good quality...as good as anything you'll find in a cell phone provider store, at a fraction of the cost. This case appears somewhat large, but so is the phone; however, it still looks good, and hangs securely on the belt.

When they say "oversize" they mean oversize. This is made for a Samsung Galaxy3 . They advertise that it also fits an HTC One, and as a technical matter it will, but it will fit ANY phone. My HTC One, with a protector around it, fits in the holster and does not even touch the sides. It'll fit an I-Phone too, if you want your I-Phone rattling around on your hip unsecured.I bought this because I like a magnetic holster where I can open it and pull out the phone. It does serve that purpose, but it's like wearing shoes that are 3 sizes too big.Quality seems OK; Magnet cover works well. Faux leather seems to wear pretty well. For those reasons I give it 3 stars.If you have a Samsung Galaxy 3 and like a belt holster - this is your holster. If you have any phone smaller, look elsewhere.

I bought this for my Galaxy S4 after a failed experiment with a horizontal-style holster (that style just doesn't work for me). This fits my Galaxy S4, which is in a protective case, with room to spare. The silicone on that protective case I've got on my phone make it stick against the inside of the holster, so the extra room works just right to make it practical to take in and out.I have never noticed any black from the case rubbing off on my phone or anything else. I should note that the protective case on my phone is mostly black, as is the phone itself. It might show up on white/light colored phones/cases.The magnet holding the flap shut is, in my opinion, just right, keeping it secure, yet still easy to pull open.The belt clip on the back twists (with some effort) into different positions. I can't comment on how well it stays, because I prefer mine straight vertical.There are some loose threads around the edges, but this is very minor. I could trim them off with scissors if they were more noticeable or bothered me.Altogether I'd say you can't go wrong for this price. I love the case and use it every day. I'm used to it and like it, and I wouldn't trade it for a more expensive one.

This was misrepresented in the description as being able to comfortably fit a Galaxy S3 with a cover. That is simply not true. I have a slim cover on my S3, and you can barely rip it out once you force it down into this case. The other problem is the top flap does not cover the phone once it is inside. The clip on back is not strong, and actually the whole case is cheaply constructed. All in all a waste of money, and steer clear unless you do not want or have a cover on your phone.

Excellent quality. Fits my Samson Galaxy S2 with the silicon skin on perfectly. I wish the belt clip was a little better. This one is strong enough but it can push off your belt if you are not careful.

Great item, only issues I have is the clip for the belt slides off once in awhile., needs to be a stonger clip.

It fits my Samsung with my Lifeproof case perfectly.
