This mat is thick, comfortable and long. Easy to wipe down.I can lie on it and my head and feet do not come off the edge. I'm 5' 10".Rolls up easily. I wanted another one but they are sold out on Amazon. I picked up another one up from an online sports store.

I’m a regular at the gym and Pilates and wanted a nice thick exercise mat. I’m in my 60s and wanted a mat that would provide plenty of cushioning and not start flaking as some mats can do. This is excellent, nice and thick, a decent nice (I’m 6’2”) folds up well with a handy band and hard wearing. Great value. Highly recommend

I use this product for floor work during HIIT workouts. It is great under knees and/or elbows, and of course under my back. I like that it is thick. I m glad it comes with a carrying handle although I have not had a chance to use that yet. It meets all my needs for my home workouts.
