Skechers Performance Women's On-The-Go Chugga Bootie

We moved to an area that has more snow than I'm used to, being a Southern girl. Because I have to walk the dog three times a day, I've had my eyes peeled for some shoes I can get into and out of quickly that would hold up decently when walking in cold snow. But I have wide, fat feet, and my online shoe-buying adventures in the past have essentially been complete bummers.I was looking at this Chugga Bootie, thinking there's no way I can pay seventy bucks for a pair of shoes, when LO! I saw that in a size I thought I might be able to wear, 8.5 B(M), these were 60% off! With free returns—no downside whatsoever. So I took a chance, fully expecting that when the shoes arrived, they would be too narrow and I'd have to return them.Sure enough, when I pulled them out of the box, they looked way too small for me. (I mean, any shoe that looks that cute is going to be too small for me.) But I am delighted to report that they fit PERFECTLY! As I'd hoped, they are easy to pull onto my feet, they are warm and cozy, and they provide enough support for my usually bare feet that I said "Ahhh" and didn't want to take them off.I couldn't be more thrilled with this purchase!

I hesitated before ordering these; but, now I'm glad I did!!! Our weather has been sporadic at best!!! One day we're in the 80's & the next the 40's. Have been wearing summer sandals which don't work well when we're in the 40's. Not only are these booties warm, they are also extremely COMFORTABLE!!! I bought them in chocolate & like them so well, I'm thinking of ordering a pair in black next!!! Now, IF you live in an area where you get a lot of snow, these booties stop at the ankle. IF the snow is too deep, it could create a problem. Still, these booties fit close to the foot at the top which should keep out most of the snow. We don't get a lot of snow here; so, I'm hoping that I'll NEVER know the true answer to that potential problem!!! They are so warm & comfortable, I've also been wearing them as my house shoes. Then when I need to run out to the store, I don't have to change shoes!!!

I bought these because I had the Go Walk style that I loved. I needed something that would be more substantial for the wetter colder months.These feel just like the Go Walks. In Skecher's I have to get 1/2 size larger no matter the style. I'm a 9 1/2 and I bought a 10 in these, they fit perfectly.I read the reviews where people talked about wanting to buy more in other colors, or stoking up, and it is what sold me on them. When I got them and put them on for the first time I knew what they meant ! I need a boot that is a quick slip on style but protects my feet from snow, rain, and slush. These slip on quick, are really soft inside, feel like the Go Walk support, and look good with jeans. I want more. I'll update how they do in the snow and rain later. These are not a shoe I'd wear to play in the snow but mostly getting to and from work and errands.

I received the Chugga Booties very soon after ordering. I love that they are comfortable and lightweight, but they were so tight that I sent them back in exchange for a size 9. I got them today, and it's hard to believe, but they feel even narrower than the first pair. I looked up on the internet how to stretch them and will try that. They are comfortable to wear for just a little while before they begin to pinch. I hope the stretching works as I think they will be just what I wanted for the money. It seems that these boots should have been offered in wide widths, especially since people usually wear socks (thicker socks) in the cold weather which take up more width.

I bought these because I have 3 other pairs in the Sketchers Go line. When I saw the boots, I HAD to have them. I am a size 7 in my other Sketchers Go Walk shoes, but these fit slightly smaller. I did end up getting a 7.5. (I actually ordered both sizes and ended up returning the 7). These are not "smaller" in terms of length of the shoe..but they fit slender. I needed to size up to have it wide enough for my foot to feel comfortable. They are very warm boots and super comfortable. I could wear them all day! I order black because they will not get dirty as quick as the tan. They can be dressed up or down. I wear them to work with my dress pants by keeping my pants on the outside and you cannot even tell that I am wearing fluffy boots ;)

I was looking for a warm pair of booties like this because it's always so cold where I work, and these are perfect! I'm wearing them right now actually! : ) They're comfortable to walk in also, but I don't think I could wear them for an all day shopping/walking trip, as I'm a plus-size girl. I'm sure it'd be fine for a normal weight person. BTW, I'd recommend spraying them with waterproofer (about $6 a can, good for several pair). I did mine, and they look brand new after wearing them almost daily for a couple of months, and in the snow.

My favorite boots for winter. They are exceptionally warm and my feet get cold easily. Comfort beyond belief. This is my third pair and my absolute go to's. they fit true to size and no size variation needed for me. I can also wear a thicker sock if needed because these will conform to your foot. I have a had mine for several years and they wear well. I didn't have any issues in the rain either. They're pretty good about being non-slip.

These are the second purchase I have made of Sketchers Chugga boots, they are fantastic. I am normally a 7 and bought a 7, when in most other Sketchers footwear styles I find a 7 too big, these are true to size. Exceptionally comfortable, great for walking in. I have an arthritic big toe joint which is often very tender, wearing these boots is sheer bliss for feet no rubbing or pinching of the joint means I can wear them throughout the day. I have also noticed that I don't get aching legs after long walks on hard pavements either. I don't think you will be disappointed. Arrived within the dates stated, though I do expect quicker service these days and had I realised the delivery company were Hermes I would have purchased elsewhere. The outer bag had holes and the box was torn, in this instance as it wasn't a gift I have kept them.

These boots are, as many reviews have noted, comfortable and warm, but there is absolutely no support around the ankle or the sides of the boot and so I have turned over my ankle and even my whole foot more than once. Whilst I've not done any damage, I've never had a pair of shoes this unsupportive before. I bought these for £34 which seems reasonable for what you get, but if I'd paid any more they'd have gone back. I believe the RRP is nearer to £60, they are in no way worth that ! FIne for pottering around in but for if you want them for anything more I wouldn't waste your money.

I am a massive fan of Skechers and find them the most comfortable shoes to wear. These boots are no exception. They are a perfect fit and keep my feet snuggly warm. I just love them.

These little boots are everything I had hoped for from Skechers. I have recently had a hip operation and am not supposed to bend down so can't put socks on. These boots are so warm and cosy they are all you need - light and comfortable indoors but sturdy enough to wear outside. (I have sprayed them with waterproof spray)

I've been wearing skechers go walk 2 all summer and I wanted something as comfortable as they are but warmer. These are the answer. Sooo comfortable and wonderfully warm, just like slippers. I walk a friend's dog three times a week and do between 8 and 10 miles. These boots are perfect. I have sprayed them with skechers stain and water repellent and so far so good - although I feel a good downpour might get through. But overall view is fabulous. I love them.
