It's a quality product worth its price and weight .Prompt service tooOnce it was heated cooking was fast and effective .I used coconut oil which added taste to all dishesI went through the pre cooking phases to ensure it's use.

Very pleased with this utensil
I have been using it for a month now and would like to review it in detail:Pros:* it's very durable and long lasting* even though it's pre-seasoned , I seasoned it for 2-3 days and it started acting like non stick* it's very big in size, exactly what I wanted* it can be used in many ways without any stress about coating* it's very healthy as it's ironCons:* it's very very heavy* cuz of it's weight (as its real iron) , it can cause marks on hob* it's prone to rust if not taken extra care to wipe it after every wash* handles get really hot while cooking, always use gloves for that.

Simple, good quality
Seems to be good quality, just started using it. Good instructions how to season cast iron is included. Good for steaks.

Fantastic Tarte Tatin Pan
Excellent pan, used it immediately for a pear tatin that went straight from hob to oven. Great results - flipped it over and the tatin came out perfectly on to the plate. Tatin was 4 good portions but could have stretched to 6 slices ideal with cup of tea. Now re-seasoned and awaiting its next outing.

NOT WORTH THE PRICE
Save your money. This pan is no where near the quality of a Lodge pan. Its biggest flaw is that it does not heat evenly. It gets very hot in the center and stays cool on the edges. This happens even if you slowly bring the pan up to temperature. Also the surface of the pan is quite rough. Invest in a Lodge pan.

Good quality
Great product. It needs maintenance as all cast iron pans but it is something Iām happy to do for the healthy, non- toxic pan.

Good, but isn't non-stick
I seasoned this pan once I received it and despite this seasoning (and it being pre-seasoned) the pan is difficult to clean and food sticks more than a regular pan. Good quality overall but this is not a non stick pan.
