I use this for RA inflammation. The added caffeine is good for pain relief, especially since I'm not a coffee drinker!

What I like most about Anacin is that to me, it's a 'clean' aspirin. No saccharine, artificial dyes......just the basics. Aspirin and caffeine really do work on tension headaches---I do think, though, that maybe a little more caffeine would work better. 32 milligrams is half of what Excedrin has in each tablet. Sometimes I take a caffeine pill with an Anacin to make it work better. But I have been buying Anacin for years, and unless they change their formula {negatively}, I'll continue. I always have a bottle in the house.

I prefer anything that doesn't fry your liver like acetaminophen, and Anacin is still the go-to classic for pain relief. Works very well.

Only pills that quickly get rid of my morning headaches. Tried the other pills for migraines that have same ingredients but this seems to work faster.
