What I like most about Anacin is that to me, it's a 'clean' aspirin. No saccharine, artificial dyes......just the basics. Aspirin and caffeine really do work on tension headaches---I do think, though, that maybe a little more caffeine would work better. 32 milligrams is half of what Excedrin has in each tablet. Sometimes I take a caffeine pill with an Anacin to make it work better. But I have been buying Anacin for years, and unless they change their formula {negatively}, I'll continue. I always have a bottle in the house.

It works for me

I use this for RA inflammation. The added caffeine is good for pain relief, especially since I'm not a coffee drinker!

Anaconda is the only OTC pain reliever that works for me. This bottle is priced very well relative to smaller sizes. Highly recommended.

Price in this case was biggest reason for this purchase. We are sold on Anacin for its higher degree of pain killing agents as compared to many other aspirins and my wife and I have zero problems associated with taking Anacin as opposed to many other aspirins which, in our case, aspirins, like Bayer, do not give us the immediate and long lasting relief of our headaches which for whatever reason has plagued us for as far back as we can remember.

It's hard to find these in the stores anymore. My dad swears by them. He's a customer for life.

Nothing beats old fashioned aspirin. I grew up with this brand and trust it to work, but it is getting harder to find in the stores. I'm happy to see that it is available from seller's online.
