What I go to when I cannot fall asleep
This is my go-to product when I toss and turn but cannot get into a deep sleep. I only use one (not two as directed) because the full dose can have the opposite affect on me. I usually fall asleep in minutes after taking just one.

Good, not perfect
So far, the product works decently well. I haven't had any sleepless nights since I started taking it, but I do still toss and turn a bit. I usually manage to fall asleep within an hour, but not always. I find that taking this and having warm milk before bed give me the best sleep.

These have allowed sleep that has evaded 3 of us here for years!
I purchased this to aid myself, my eldest (22 y/o), and another fall asleep. My schedule is such that it is difficult to fall asleep (12 hr nights with varying schedule and toddler at home + usual family duties), my eldest has been an insomniac for over a decade, going through the 600 count bottle of diphenhydramine at a bulk supply store in a matter of months. It would take me two years to go through that much but just 25 mg makes me groggy if I don't get at least 8 hours of sleep after taking it. In comes this "dream come true". It has only been 2 nights, but night one for the eldest was aces. According to him "this works better than anything I've tried, ever!" He said it took an hour to work, but he was sleep by the planned time and slept deeply, waking refreshed. It took about 2 hours to kick in for me on night one, but I slept deep (which I rarely do) and woke with energy. The third one fell asleep within 20 minutes and slept deeply all night, waking in a great mood. Night two, worked the same for the eldest, kicked in within an hour for me but I was awakened twice during the night, but did fall back to sleep easy! For the third one it took longer to kick in but the sleep was the same as the first night. Tonight is night 3, eldest has been sleep for a few hours now, I took them about an hour ago, but because I have been focused I choose to stay awake, when I relax for sleep I know they'll kick in. For the third one, well 1/3 the dose and out like a light! So, the results have varied slightly by person, time of effect, etc., it is a 3 thumbs up in this household that this product works as it claims. Sidenote: I have had very vivid dreams with great recall in the 2 nights I've had it. The eldest said no dreams since taking the 2 nights. The third one gave no input.

Helping me take control of my sleep.
I’ve taken melatonin on and off for years. Most of the time I got about 4 hours of really great sleep, but that was it. I always took it if I needed to get up earlier than normal as well. Lately I’ve needed more than what melatonin was able to provide. I’ve been having problems falling asleep, but once I do, getting up was not in the cards. I was oversleeping. Sleep patterns were just all out of whack. My brother suggested valerian root, so when I saw this product that offered and magnesium as well (suggested for migraines, though need a much higher dose), I thought what did I have to lose? This stuff is fantastic! First off all, take it when you know you can get a solid 8 hours. Second, I’d probably suggest taking it on a weekend if there’s an opportunity to sleep in. I’ve been taking it for about a week now, but not every night. I’m thrilled because not only am I not up all night, but I’m getting a solid 7 - 7.5 hours of sleep. Before I was lucky to get 4 - 4.5. I’m going to bed at a decent time. And it’s also helped with my migraines (presume because I’m getting a decent night’s rest) The only side effect for me is that I still want to continue sleeping when the alarm goes off in the morning, so I’m not popping out of bed. I’m pretty groggy but better that than miserable.

Meh
I don't get a lot of sleep lately so was looking forward to good, deep sleep. I've been taking the Bio Emblem for a few weeks now because I was told that it sometimes takes a while for your body to acclimate to it for it to work properly. Obviously, after a few weeks, that isn't going to happen for me. Don't get me wrong. It works; it just doesn't work well for me. I take the recommended dosage and wait. Usually about 30 minutes I fall asleep. Then in 2-3 hours I wake up. It take another hour or so for me to fall back asleep and then it's restless. So while this product may work for you, it's not for me.

Did nothing at all
I have had 2 sleep studies and do not get in to much of the deep phase of sleeping. What sleep I do get is constantly getting signals to 'wake up'. Having weaned from more than a decade of sleeping prescription, I tried taking this and must say that it did nothing for me. Knowing it may take longer to take effect, I took it about 2 hours before my 'normal' bedtime, thinking if it started to work, I would head to bed. The pill (2 capsules) still were doing nothing by 4 1/2 hours later. I was feeling a little weird as far as the heart rate pumping a little faster as if jittery without tremors. I did not even get 2 1/2 hours sleep through the entire night. I had lots of wakefulness and much difficulty when trying to fall back asleep. Waste of money for me but I know everyone's systems are unique.

Works for mild insomnia, as advertised
I really like that this product uses all natural ingredients. For mild insomnia, I think this would probably work great. I’ve dealt with more severe insomnia for years, and took this in place of the melatonin 10mg gummies I’ve been taking, but in conjunction with my regular Unisom, so I’m basically comparing it to 10mg of melatonin. This serving is, I believe 6mg, but it also contains other sleep-inducing substances such as chamomile. Over a week’s use I found that I got to sleep with these and slept fairly soundly, but consistently woke up after 5 hours and couldn’t get back to sleep, whereas I commonly sleep 6.5 hours on the larger dose of melatonin. If you just need some help getting to sleep, it should work fine. As for the taste, I hate when capsules taste like the supplement inside, which is the case here, but I mostly tasted dandelion and chamomile, so it wasn’t that unpleasant.
