PERFECT FIT FOR F150 and YOUR BUTT
First of all, this seat cushion is priced much lower than OEM. And the quality seems equal as far as I can tell. I was having my seats professionally re-upholstered and the driver seat cushion needed replacement. I was told that if I had an after-market cushion there might be an additional labor charge. The installer pros found this cushion to be essentially identical to the OEM; therefore no extra charge. (That's why I gave 5 stars for "easy to install.") Ergonomically, I would say it provides an excellent combination of comfort and firmness.

Not a straightforward swap
You will have to remove the old rings from the original seat that hold the bars in place to use with the new seat. Not too bad of an install. Took me 1-1/2hr with a socket set and needle nose pliers. More supportive now. Perfect fit. Might as well buy a new leather cover for the cushion while you’re at it.

Fit my 2005 F-150 XLT perfectly
Good match to OEM. Only difference is that it is missing the tie bars on the bottom for the hog-rings to attach to the seat frame, but since the seat cover holds it down, they really aren't needed. This cushion worked great for repairing my old seat, the foam had completely broke down on the side facing the door.

Fair
For the most part a decent cheapo seat foam cushion but missing a critical wire that should be embedded in the lower part (like in my picture on the oem version) that allows the seat to be hog ringed to the metal frame. I had to get a zip tie and poke it through to the top strap to secure it to the frame. If i have to do this again I would not buy this one again. For $60 its ok if you dont mind mickey mousing it to get it to work.

Took me about 2 hours to Install. Much better than the broken down foam in my 2005 F150. There are videos on YouTube about installing. I didn't take the whole seat out, just removed the 4 nuts holding the cushion. Then unhook the wire harness.
