Previous opinion saved my day
Was in the same situation as another fella (see reviews), having a 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 with a Hemi. I can also confirm that this piece fits. I even have transplanted all the LPG installation with no hazzle. Pain is the work itself but part fits. My 2003 Hemi has no EGR, but Manifold comes with a plug for that case. Comes with all the gaskets and screws. Haven't changed oil yet. True, the fill hole looks smaller than the OEM, but similar to the one on my 2005 Jeep Hemi. Guess just be aware of it. Couple of wire clips from original won't have a place, but these were rubish anyway. Thanks to the guy confirming the 2003 fit!!

Smooth installation
I installed this on a 2004 dodge durango 5.7l hemi. I found myself with the "hydrolock" problem. Luckily I didn't find myself with a hole in the bottom of this engine. I went ahead and changed out the intake manifold to be safe. This vehicle has rough 62k on the clock.When I removed from the shipping box, I noticed that 2 of the mounting fasteners were missing, after searching thru the box I found both the fastener and the sleeve had fallen out. They were easy enough to reinstall. I mounted the oil piping as advised(2 course screws from top side, and one machine screw from bottom). I believe I needed to leave the fuel rail off on the right side to get to one of the rear mounting fasteners(just a thought). We attaching the PCV housing, the underside machine screw is not used since this gets installed after the manifold is mounted. The fuel rails did take a bit of muscle to get them seated, but that is better than loose. The breather hose for the oil fill port to air box does line up a bit differently than the stock assembly but no cutting was needed. The tray the plug wires snap into on the factory manifold don't snap on this unit but the tabs line up so just sit it on there. WHEN filling with oil, pour new oil for 3 or 4 secs and let the oil drain. If you don't you will have oil back up and run down onto the exhaust. It takes a little extra time to refill pan with oil, but it will fill. Don't rush this part!!

Modifications needed in manufacturing.
Oil port is too small in circumference for refilling. OEM MAP Sensor has no place for screws to attach.

i had my doubts but it was perfect. i have an 2003 ram 2500 SLT 5.7 hemi. I got my truck used and it had som botched work done and had to replace the whole intake manifold. this kit brought everything including the delete for the emissions equipment that started 2004 and up.

I like the bigger oil fill the original had. Make sure you get the pcv out of the old one or buy new. No instructions in box. If egr tube doesn't fit turn the pcv so it attaches to hose.

Fits well but makes a huge mess!
The unit fits well, there is some parts that need exchanged from the old unit that took me a while to figure out.The instructions were okay, the biggest problem I have is the small oil fill. The hole is too small and does not allow the air to escape and oil pours all over the side of the motor.
