I was surprised at how nice looking and comfortable this sofa is! Had a little issue with delivery but Amazon made it right! I would recommend this sofa!

I bought this couch because I love a recliner and wanted one that is flame retardant-free, per Ashley's policies. Ordering from Ashley has a $100+ delivery, while this came with free delivery. It is hefty and sturdy, and simple to put together - just two pieces that click in. The whole thing reclines. We fit 4 humans, 2 dogs, and a cat or two - and - the reclining foot rest can support our 90 pound mastiff mix. The recliner mechanism is simple. It does take a little effort to de-cline it. We have ours floating in the room and the back looks fine, though I always keep the couch covered for hygiene reasons (I love to wash a blanket weekly due to pets). We have had it two months and love it. It sits relatively tall - accommodates tall people comfortably (and shorter kiddos comfortably as well). Very happy - perfect for us.

This was a great choice for our family. After looking extensively around at different companies and local vendors, this was the best choice that fit our near-term delivery window and price point. And the delivery could not have been better – they planned and emailed/confirmed in advance and took the furniture to the “first dry point,” which for our apartment was right inside the door and pretty close to its final place in the living room.We opted for the chocolate color, which fits with almost any décor style. The fabric is slightly textured, so it’s bring a luxurious feel to the sofa.We like the two-seat affect as it’s durable enough for the 4 of us to sit out with plenty of space to put our feet up.The only thing that I was mildly disappointed in was how far back the unit needed to be from the wall-it was a good 15” or so gap in order to fully extend and lay back in the chair. This resulted in me removing the one star for a 4-star review. I’ve had other sofas that are zero clearance on the recline and I knew that this was not marketed for that, but had this been listed in the reviews I may have opted for something that was less clearance – it removes a lot of space in our living room. So, we have opted to keep it closer to the wall and just not extend it that far out as designed.[This item was purchased for my sister-in-law.]

I was hesitant to order furniture from Amazon. It’s such a Large Purchase and if I didn’t like it, I didn’t want to deal with the return. The delivery and set up service was phenomenal. The people were very nice and very careful. They made sure that it was plugged in and working correctly and I was happy with it before they left. It’s even better than I thought it would be!First impression, 10/10 recommend. I hope it holds up!

I bought the manual design and it’s broken within a month. There are parts underneath the couch that are active when extending and putting down the foot rest. My parts are now digging into my carpet and making a loud sound when used. The other side is beginning to go as well. I’m hoping it’s not a design flaw and I happen to have a bad couch. I’m returning this one and ordering another. I really love the color, size, and leg rests. I’m very upset it’s broken and I have to return and reorder. Of course now I’ll be without a couch for a few weeks and that’s a huge inconvenience!** Update ** it’s been a week since I’ve returned my couch and I still don’t have a refund in my account. This means I can’t buy a new couch yet and will need to contact customer service again which is a huge hassle.

It has been three weeks since my couch was delivered, and so... We love it! It is technically not a 'couch', it is huge!!! I was under the impression that this was going to anover-sized pair of recliners 'stuck together'. Wrong. Three adults can easily sit on this piece of furniture, very comfortably. Two adults? An incredible amount of space. Each foot rest is 42"! Of course the dimensions are advertised, but it was decieving.As for assembly? It came as three pieces: two back rests and the base. The back rests slide on in similar fashion as many other furniture designs. Just make sure that you plan before you buy, and make sure that there are 'capable' individuals there to help. I paid the delivery men extra to bring it up. I don't recommend calling 'a couple of your buddies', unless they are competent, because either the couch will get ruined or your house will.Comfort? Love it!!! Very soft, but not so much that it makes it difficult to mauever on. I can't speak for any type of 'stain resistance' due to no one being allowed to eat or drink on it.I'm very happy with this couch. I would provide a picture, but my daughter 'fell' asleep on it. Lol. This has been happening more often than not.Again... Very happy.

Perfect fit. I am short and squat and this couch and loveseat set is perfect. The cushions are not too soft or too hard, height of seat is good (I am older) and the brown is a very rich color (not washed out). I was very pleased with my purchases.

At exactly one year the seats are VERY uncomfortable. Most cushioning has flattened to the point we feel the frame. Now the fabric still looks great. It is very easy to clean. Maybe because we have sat in it so much more than we usually would, but still I really Would hope the cushioning would last.6 month update: seat cushioning is going flat! We are 2 normal sized people and already our seats have butt indentations. I know you get what you pay for, but i hoped this sofa would last 1 year. The cushioning in seats and arms are already flattened.This was exactly what we wanted- 2 recliners, sofa sized. Very easy to assemble. Very comfortable at the start. Looks exactly as pictured. Fabric has a sheen to it, so in some light looks almost silver. Note: back does not recline until foot rest is fully UP. I’d prefer the back to recline a bit BEFORE footrest comes all the way up, but that is just a personal preference.
