Great taste
My mom cannot have caffeine as it stumps her sleep. Even decaf coffee is bad. This however has not messed with her sleep. Of course she only has a bit but helps her coffee cravings.

Refreshing
These 2 ounce jars will make a lot of coffee - 30 cups each if you use a teaspoon per cup, and I use less than that. The taste is smooth and flavorful. The 12 jars I got had an expiration date of about 3 months after my purchase (they were discounted and now I know why!), so I gave 8 of them away at work. Most of the people had never tried it, but said that their parents had liked it. They were delighted with the flavor after tasting it. I did remind them to start with less than 1/2 teaspoon and add more coffee if needed, since it is very concentrated.I like to drink Sanka in the evening in cold weather, since it's decaf and won't keep me from sleeping. I also keep it on hand for recipes that call for coffee. The jars are sealed well, so I think they'll keep well beyond their expiration date. This brand is owned by Maxwell House, and has been around at least since the 1950's. There are brief commercials for it on the "I Love Lucy" shows from the late 1950's that I'm watching on DVD. I guess those commercials are still paying for themselves!

great instant coffee. probably the best.
I used to always wonder what the NYC street vendors serve with the coffee tasting better than the best coffee chains. I saw them using Sanka, and I ordered one from Amazon, and my wife and I love it! Not going to another brand. I have stopped going to dunkin donuts for a coffee, and my wife makes a nice sanka coffee and I sip it when i drive to the train station on my way to work.Awesome coffee. This might my 2nd best coffee tasted The first prize goes to the ones served in south Indian Restaurants (its with caffeine). The indian restaurants never give out their secret when I asked, which brand it is, and If i can get it from the local indian grocery stores. its frothy and nice. but sorry for digressing, Sanka is wonderful. enjoy it from amazon (as always the best online retailer).
