Draper51751 Expert Cree Led Waterproof Torch, 1W

Bought this to replace a larger one on my boat. It doesn't have quite the same range as the old one (which was awesome but failed after two seasons) but it's much more compact and easy to use. It is useful up to about 200m I would say, which is plenty far enough for most uses. It's good to have conventional batteries, not rechargeable - it means I can always put in a new set and be up and running again immediately. I think the battery life will be very good anyway.

I bought this torch because it was recommended in a boating magazine and was not disappointed. Waterproof, sturdy, uses AA batteries rather than rechargeable (always carry a spare set of batteries on board!) , has a bright beam and is easy to use with cold hands. All in all very satisfied with prompt delivery and well packaged, the front bit of the torch is rubberised to reduce the risk of damage.

Good, strong light beam. Not tested it in wet conditions but it looks well made and like it should cope with a moderate wetting. Only downside is that it eats AA batteries, which is surprising for a LED torch. Maybe I have a rogue one with a current leak? apart from the need to keep replacing batteries, I'm happy with it.

Bought this so my daughter would have a torch whilst camping and it was very very good gave a bright beam of light lit up the path, field and beyond the sturdiness of the torch also gave a sense of security overall its a very good product and a bloody good buy.

Purchased as emergency marine light, batteries drain even when unit switched off. Obviously faulty.

Diese Taschenlampe kommt immer zum Einsatz wenn etwas gesucht werden muss, egal ob dunkler Keller oder draußen im Wald.Die Verarbeitung ist sehr gut genau so wie die Haptik. die Lampe ist nicht zu Groß und nicht zu klein und hat mit ihren zwei Leuchtmodi alles was man benötigt. Einziges Manko ist der griff, es sind zwei Schalen die zusammen geschraubt sind, wenn man diesen Griff feste im der Hand drückt, gibt es ein kleines knack Geräusch das durch ein wenig spiel der Griff teile erzeugt wird. Es mindert den sonst hochwertigen eindruck kann aber beseitigt werden.IP66 kann ich bestätigen, jedoch ist dies keine Lampe zum Tauchen! Vor starkem Wasserstrahlen oder Regen ist sie geschützt aber nicht für unterwasser Ausflüge geeignet.
