These Lithium batteries predictably provide a constant 1.5V before recharging, NiMH batts do NOT!
I've used the TENAVOLTS Lithium AAA batteries for three years, without any issue. I bought the battery & charger bundle first and only more batteries as my usage increased.I use the batteries to power 5 foaming hand-soap dispensers. Though the manufacturer says to not use "rechargeables", most folks do try NiMH and dismiss them because the low voltage charge causes the soap dispensing to fall off very quickly. The NiMH 1.2V batteries provide less and less power over time, whereas an alkaline battery provides 1.5V until they are quickly depleted. The NiMH is rechargeable but the Alkalines are not. NiMH rechargeables and common alkaline batteries are not good choices for the foaming hand-soap dispensers like I use. However, these Lithium 1.5V AAA batteries are perfect for the task. They provide a constant 1.5V until they are depleted, they charge fast and they have small LED notification lights built in to indicate the charging state. The lifetime of these batteries is MUCH longer than NiMH or Alkalines.Yes, this battery will cost more up front, but you can expect a much longer service life and overall savings. I determined that I saved 60% to power my dispensers year over year by switching to the TENAVOLTS AAA Lithiums. A VERY HAPPY customer, here.

They work as advertised
Immediately saved me a ton of money running my Zoom H1N, obviously. They just plain work. One thing I'll say is that, given lithium's ability to hold it's voltage, your battery level meter won't go down smoothly over time. It'll stay at full bars until the voltage finally dips, and then it's done. Time to charge. Most of those meters are operating off the assumption that voltage will gradually decrease (a battery "running out" over time). You don't notice that "lithium cliff" on your phone, because your phone takes the stable voltage into account. Something that's designed to use AAs doesn't.So, aside from that, which isn't the battery's fault at all, they're wonderful so far. The device gets all 1.5 volts out of each cell, they last longer than conventional cells, and they charge up incredibly quickly. If you don't buy these things, there's something wrong with your head. I don't know yet if one brand is better than another; they're more than likely coming from adjacent factories, but these, at least, function as advertised.I'm not super cool with lithium mining, but this isn't adding a new battery to the world. It's removing about a thousand, because they aren't exaggerating the potential life of these things. That's a net positive effect overall.

Over all reliable, used for 5+yrs
This brand has been reliable.Wish they would make seperate battery, group of 4,8, more affordable.

Strong charge, however 1.5V
These charge easily in the supplied charger, or in my other LiIon charger. They last longer than my NiMh batteries, and retain their strong charge until the very end, when they abruptly stop working. I use these in my wine bottle opener, and it always manages to pull out the cork, whereas that was not the case with some NiCad batteries.Note that the output voltage is 1.5V, meaning that these will not work for some applications. For example, for some LED lights that I have, the lights just flicker because the voltage is not right. Test first before buying in bulk - this is not just for these batteries, but other LiIon batteries too.

They don't last.
I have ordered three of these sets in the last two years. None are left. Theses are a complete waste of money. They don't last. Other brands have been good.

Great batteries and great company.
The batteries charge quickly, hold a nice full charge and work great in place of the disposable AAA that I previously used. (Fwiw, I am initially using them with adapters that increase the size to "AA" so that I can reduce the weight in my Oculus controllers for playing Ping Pong.) It is true that these rechargeable lithium ion batteries are a lot more expensive than the disposables, but I looked hard and it seems like ALL of the comparable lithium ions are at least as expensive. I would also point out that this company says you can "only" use *their* charger with their batteries, which is a little bit annoying until you realize that every single one of their competitors says the exact same thing. In the end, when I consider how much I am going to save (and how much better it is for the environment) when I stop throwing out conventional batteries, I am very pleased with both the product and the company. (I had a minor technical problem and Tenavolts supported me quickly, fully and with no questions asked. Good people!)

Works amazing for moded game boy pocket
This is the ONLY battery that is able to handle a moded game boy pocket.Mine had the dot matrix display, replaced with a LCD, (the funny playing brand)+Ever DriveYou name it, I try it, there was not one battery that worked.Researchable or non-researchable, name brands and cheep battery, none was able to keep up.The would give about 30 minutes more or less, and the GBP will glitch out, and the screen will go black or show weird bars on it.This will allow me to play for several hours with no issue. Now, without notice, the GBP will shut down, I believe this is when you get to the cut-off voltage of the battery. So there is no "heads-up" the device is about to shut-down.But again, I am amazed at the results, nothing comes even close.
