The quality of this product is excellent. Images are crisp and clear. One item I always look for in a mans medallion is weight, in this case it is substantial without being noticeable so it hangs straight and is comfortable. I spoke to customer service regarding finish question, their response was very quick and clear. This is quality product which I would buy again for myself, or purchase as a gift. Heartland as a companywas very professional, with excellent customer service.

This is a very well made pendant. We purchased it as a gift for our son and he also commented on the quality. The detailing is very clear and the edges are polished to make it shine. It is made of .925 sterling silver with a 24 inch chain. Both are coated with a sealer to protect the finish. It came in a very nice gift box. The company, Heartland-Store sent me an email on the delivery date providing details on the lifetime warranty, cleaning specifications and other useful information.

The Cross is well made and the images are clean and easy to see. Also the ring for the chain is well made and shouldn't break easily, which is important, since I've had others where they used a cheaper link to attach the two together which later broke. One word of warning. If you get the 24 inch chain without a clasp make sure it's big enough. Mine just went over my head. Make sure you measure your head size before going with this option.

I purchased this as a gift for my 3-year-old nephew's baptism. I was happily impressed by the quality of this piece. It has good detail and clarity and everything about it is quality. I knew the 24-inch chain would be too long for a 3-year-old so I will be purchasing a shorter chain for now. When my nephew is older, the 24-inch chain will be perfect. I looked at many 4-way medals online and have zero regrets about purchasing this particular one. I would definitely recommend this to others.

Pure Junk. NOT STERLING SILVER. Silver Plate (maybe). Have had it for about 2 weeks and all silver plate is rubbed off leaving a pitted casting. Will post pictures.

This is something that very precious to probably all Catholic folks. The cross is shiny and sparkles. Very One of a Kind!!!Highly recommend!!!!

Delighted with this medal.The images on this medal, unlike so many others, are very clear and true, not distorted. When I ordered it, I expected to have to replace the chain, as so often sellers include a cheap chain, but this one is very nice! Perfect size for my 6' 2" grandson, and excellent quality.

I would give zero if possible. I've owned this only since April. The only time I remove it is to shower. This company clearly does not make a dependable product, and clearly does not recognize Catholics wear this pretty much all the time. They should redesign these medals with heavy use in mind. As you can see from the picture these are not an item to buy if you wear them as you should... all the time. In the less than 5 months I've owned this it looks like something that's been handed down to family throughout decades worth faithful use. I will admit the detail and medal itself looks beautiful when you first get it... after a couple of months it will look horrible.Wish I never wasted my money. Which is what you will do, realize you've wasted your money after a few months.
