Heavy weight and seems well constructed. The fit and finish are flawless. Sturdy handles. Just the right size for our culinary needs. I'm looking forward to testing it.

This is really a lifetime pan! I was pleasantly surprised with the quality. There are two racks with it the one that sits flat in the bottom I don’t like and this is why. It needs to be about an inch and a half off the bottom of the pan and it needs to be made with the same heavy gauge wire as the meat rack. The meat rack itself is really nicely made. Everything is all stainless, and I noticed the ends of the rack where they’re cut and welded together they’re rounded ends. The pan itself is really heavy gauge. It’s awesome.. if there was any complaint about the pan, I would say it’s a bit small.. the sides are high enough, which is great. But I wish it would’ve been at least 2 inches longer and another inch to inch and a half wider.. but all things considered and especially for the price. It’s a great buy, and it will serve us for many many years and probably my kids too.

No need to spend extra money on a pan with a prestigious name. This baking pan is awesome. I was worried this pan would be light weight and flimsy. I was very pleasantly surprised at how sturdy and heavy it is. The construction and size of the handles makes it easy to lift in and out of the oven even with the heaviest of contents.

I wanted a roasting pan with the V-rack. I had a problem cooking a turkey breast in a regular pan. My sister told me about the rack. This one is well priced and very well made. I am excited to use it on lots of other baking projects.

We loved this pan during the holidays. We cooked out turkey on it and a ham, it worked great. Easy to clean, good quality stainless steel, and nothing stuck to it. We LOVE this pan and can’t wait to use it for future holiday gatherings.

I like that it does not have any coating that can peel off. Our old pan was to small for a large turkey and always dripped into oven making a lot of smoke. Not this one, wife loved it. Easily fit a 20lb turkey!
