Very good value for the money
The machine is really easy to assemble and is really good for those who want are getting into exercise. It is not for those who want a really hard workout (go for a water machine if you want that). This is ideal for light to medium workouts. It folds up and is very compact and light.

Row row your boat........
Exactly as described. A bit fiddly to put together - but not difficult, just take time to read the assembly instructions and DON'T guess! To be honest it's been designed so that each part can only fit one way.Then sit back and row away.

Not enough resistance for a decent workout
This rower is solid and goes together well enough, but there's just not enough resistance, even on the highest setting, so you can't get a decent workout.I don't know if all home rowers are like this, as I've never bought one before, but I'm disappointed with this & wish I'd bought an exercise bike.
