I couldnt get 100% shutoff but good enough to change out nozzles without getting a shower

Haven't used it long enough to say if the valve is durable, be seems well made. The quick-disconnect doesn't leak (as many do). The valve is easy enough to turn, but is backwards - in-line straight (what I consider "default") is open, perpendicular is closed. Easy enough to get used to, but a design flaw. The main issue is that it constricts the flow too much especially with a low pressure source.

Very solid construction and the connectors just feel good. No leaks and makes swapping out hoses and attachments simple. Recommend that Amazon carry the female only connectors to add to all your sprinklers, nozzles, pressure washers, etc. These can only be found on the Gorilla site.

Finally someone decided to reinvent these items. What a life saver and they work very well. Absolutely no comparison to the garbage sold by the big box stores that I was using for so many years. Each season I would have to buy a new set of connectors but not any more. Thank you GEC for making some high quality products!

Best quick connect money can buy. Only problem I had is two of the first 3 I bought were dented. And make sure what end you want the female or male. They have two different models. Other than that one solid product.

I have a dedicated hose for my pond and this adaptor helps when I need to take off the sprinkler to add water.

Looks solid , but something had bent the connecter that connects the water hose to it. Thier fire could not even connect to try n operate it. AMZON replaced (ofcourse for free) but could not(she said over night for the job that I needed to do the next day. Would b another 4=5 days about like the 1st one I purchased.
