May be old, but still enterprise-grade and rock solid!!
I was running short on gigabit Ethernet ports in my Cisco/Meraki lab and this will make a great addition to it. The switch was very securely packaged and there was no visible damage. The switch had a couple of minor scratches but what can you realistically expect with a switch of this age. I was pleasantly surprised to find rack ears and a power cord included, especially the rack ears. I racked it, powered it up, and connected it with no trouble at all. I verified all 48 ports operational. I already had another 2960X switch in my lab so I knew what to expect on all other counts. If you haven't, they are a little noisy but, hell, this is an enterprise-grade switch, not some dinky consumer-grade piece of crap. I can't count the number of 2960X switches I have installed at customer sites over the years and these things are rock-solid beasts.

Its Cisco. Of course It Works!
Of course it works! Its Cisco.... what more should I need to say! This is running as my Core switch on my LAN, and never so much as the slightest issue. If you are comfortable with CLI, they set up easily. The older stuff is way less expensive than new, and for a switch# it works just fine, VLAN's and all!

Solid switch
I ended up buying a second one. Both packages arrived extremely well protected, with all required cables and rack ears. They’re basically brand new aside from a little dust. The boot up sounds (literally) like a vacuum cleaner but quiets down once finished

Not factory wiped!
Switch arrived and was functional, but still had the old configs on it. Be kind and rewind - wipe those to factory defaults!

Amazing quality and experience
I had my doubts buying a $1500 Cisco switch for less than $150. This thing is AMAZING! Excellent condition, some dust on the RJ45 ports but that's to be expected buying renewed! This is perfect for my home lab and CCNA study material. My expectations are blown away, so much so that I'm buying this sellers renewed access point. Truly awesome!

Great switch
Great switch, boot up is noisy, but when fully boot the noise disappears.

good value for money
Some dust was in a few of the ports, which was easily removed with a can of compressed air. Manufactured in year 2015. Rack ears, screws & power cable supplied. Works right out of the box. Can't get any of the 4 SFP ports to work as yet, but I will revisit that in the future. Fan is very very quite after about 2 minutes after power up. Satisfied!
