I’ve been taking these pills for years now. At first my doctor recommended them as a supplement for high cholesterol, but then after heart surgeries wanted me to continue them for heart health. I take them every day. Since they are rather large I use a thicker juice to get them down. No side effects either.

So we all know that fish oil has great benefits for our health, and many reviewers before me have put in great info and data to consider. This review is only going to focus on the actual act of getting it into our body! For those of you that have difficulty in swallowing pills I just wanted to forwarn you of the size of these monsters! Please note the picture I've attached. These capsules are a great value for the mgs and truly are odorless.. The ones in the signature red bottle on the right are very smelly, 1/4 the strength, 1/3 size, and double the money (more or less). Not as great a value BUT please take the information under consideration when ordering. The milligrams should have clued me in, had I thought about it I would have considered a different alternative. I am managing to get them down but it's not always without a hitch 😣 Sometime size does matter! I gave them only 4 stars due to difficulty in swallowing :(

My husband takes fish oil daily per orders of his dr. He has no issues with this brand.
