Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  I came across the old model of HadinEEon Milk Frother a few weeks back and bought one. Since it worked so well, when I was told by them the new model just got released, I bought one from Amazon immediately.I have been using it for two days. So far, I have made a cafe mocha, capuchino, and cafe latte with it. Unlike the whole frother as one piece for the old model, the new model has a removable milk jug. It is also dishwasher safe but I find myself still hand wash it as I can't wait for the dish washer to clean it in two hours :-). You may also use it as a large size milk frothing pitcher with certain espresso machines, especially those with very long steaming wand.The new one is very quiet and I nearly could not hear it working while placing it on the counter top (see photos) where I have a small built-in cooler, which seems to be louder than the frother. The frothed chocolate milk by it looks very silky and tastes very smooth. It also brings out the flavor of the chocolate milk that it smells like Almond Roca.The milk jug is shorter than the one-piece old model so it is much easier to pour milk in order to make latte art. It also helps that the aperture of the jug looks more like that of the milk frothing pitcher and it pours the milk in a much more controllable flow. I think of giving away the old model to a friend after getting the newest one but then decide to keep both. As you know, I can just use the new one to froth chocolate milk while using the old one for milk, and then I can make mocha in no time. LOL.If I want to nitpick, it is harder to switch between the heating and frothing whisks because you need to snap them into the handle. And the other end of the handle need to buckle into the lid. However, it does seem to whisk the milk more smoothly so maybe the price to pay for better.Highly recommend it.

There is a lot to like about this unit. Reviews indicate that it's (usually) reliable and well built, versatile, large capacity and no non-stick coating to wear off.But mine arrived defective. Works well, except motor doesn't turn off ever, unless you unplug it. When it's done heating, the heater shuts off but the motor revs up even higher and doesn't stop. The other thing that I didn't like is more subjective. It was just too much foam and not really variable. So either just heated milk or super foamy.Returning mine and going back to a style unit I've used before which is less versatile but also less expensive and more to my liking.

I was on the market for a Milk Frother for the family and decided to try this HadinEEon one since Iv their glass kettle which I love a lot.What I like:End product : I used 2% milk and it came out so silky and frothy I had 3 cups of cappuccino instead of my usual 1Design - the stainless steel design matches everything in my kitchen and the removable milk jug is dishwasher safe and also very easy to hand wash. The size means my husband and I can share a jug I make. It automatically shuts when the ready and I find that a helpful featureFunction: it is very quiet and I could barely hear it when I use it for my morning coffeeDislike: this is just me being greedy, I wish the jug was bigger.Caution: do not go over the max line in the jug, my greedy self overfilled and it run all over.Over all I’m very happy with the Milk Frother and so far it does what it is meant to do plus some.

I am so glad I bought this frother. It makes a perfect cup of hot chocolate with very minimal effort. The hot chocolate was very smooth and silky. Best yet, the milk can be frothed first and then made into hot chocolate if one desires. This frother makes it so easy to make a perfect cup of hot chocolate any way you want it. You can add a wide array of different ingredients that you might want to add to make it your perfect cup. The frothing gets so thick and airy. The machine is very quiet as well. I really like that the milk jug can be separated from the base, making it alot easier to work with. No heating element in the bottom of the milk jug makes it very easy to clean-even dishwasher safe. The base never contacts any liquids at all so at the very most - it might need a damp cloth wipe-down at times. The small pieces easily come clean with a quick rinse under a spigot and easily snap together and apart. The clear fill markings inside the milk jug allow for perfection every time.Fill the milk to the correct fill line with your desired ingredients added. Put the lid on with the correct whisk attached. Then put the jug in the base. Push the correct button and the automation takes over. Come back in several minutes to your perfect cup of hot chocolate. Whoo-laaah. I can’t find anything wrong with this. Perfection to the max.With that being said, the company customer service reps will not replace a defective unit without a video taken by the purchaser so the engineers can be made aware of imperfections so designs can be improved upon. This is surely understandable. But for the technically challenged purchaser without any computer savvy friends- this may very well mean keeping a defective unit if not able to send a video of the defective unit. I don’t think thats fair. If the purchaser does not have the means to take/send a video then I think they should not be punished for that. Its good I had a friend that could help me with that or I would not have received a replacement unit for the defective one. Well, I’m thrilled it all worked out in the end. It really does make a perfect cup of hot chocolate. And the frothing is fantastic. Next time I might try a bit more caramel in......or maybe a bit of smashed peppermint patty........ or maybe.... well, I can add pretty much whatever I want to.......to.make it my perfect cup of hot chocolate, I am not limited by what a manufacturer puts into their hot chocolate mix with this frother. Perfection the way I want it. I’m loving it. Oh yes!
