Handy and convenient
This is one of those items that you don't realize how handy and convenient it is until you actually use it. If you need ice massages, simply fill this up, freeze it, then keep reusing it. I find that I can reuse some of the water several times. To separate the cup from the holder, simply run some warm water on it for a few seconds.

Works well but a little difficult separating the two pieces
I love this concept! I would’ve given it five stars, but it was a little difficult separating the two pieces. I had to let the ice thaw for a few minutes. However, I love the convenience of this and the size of the ice. I have a torn meniscus in my knee & I need to ice it frequently. Definitely recommend this product for anybody with injuries that require icing.

Good but..
This product is useful and does work but honestly it could be better. The cup that's supposed to get filled with water and frozen doesn't have a cover. As a result, trying to freeze the cup piece in a freezer filled with foods is a pain and sometimes impossible because the cup needs to be on a flat surface or else it's going to spill. Not bad but I honestly wouldn't purchase again because of the hassle.
